Jadens ears flicked lightly as they always did when he was considering something. Finally he spoke. "Oh."
Swallowing the rest of the cat he padded across the room. He seemed somehow different, the way he moved as slightly stiffer than before but not with wasted energy. "Feel up to talking about the graveyard then?"

Sibyl simply nodded and snorted when he said "oh". She then rose from her stretching postition and turned to watch him pad across to the other side of the room. So long as he wasn't circling her then she would be fine but when she was circled, she hated it to death. She also hated being cornered since she was claustrophobic and her instincts didn't like the feeling of being trapped with no where to turn. ~What about the graveyard are you wishing to speak of?~

"The people that attacked us." Jaden said sitting down and turning towards the other Lycan. "I've never encountered anyone like them before. Even through the gunpowder burning I could tell that not all of them were human. Have you ever heard of anything like that before?"

~Oh, them ... They were oddly organized and definitely had too much ammo on them. I'd say they have to be some sort of group, perhaps military or something that obviously knows of our existence and is trained to exterminate us. They seemed to plan on having no survivors and taking no prisoners so I think you should probably inform the rest of the pack of this threat.~ She then considered his next question about hearing about anyone like them before. ~No, not humans. I mean they're not the normal hunters of New York are they? Because if they are then they're seriously organized and good. They could be some sort of organization though I wouldn't know who they were since my pack mostly knows a few vampire organizations. There's one organization that's in Germany, I believe that I know of and they have lycans working for them but not vampires that I know of though they do hunt them as well as other entities. Other than that, no.~

Jaden twitched his ears slightly as he thought. This was actually a worry now. "I'll give that the hunters of this city aren't extremely well organized but they're not stupid. Theirs something different going on with that group, it's like they have no use for subtlety. That's what really bothers me."

~I'm disturbed the same way if you are referring to how they just opened fire on us in a public graveyard where we were innocently conversing and minding our own business. Over ten of them and they had machine guns, someone had to have heard that.~ Sibyl's features remained calm and calculated, no ear twitching, though they occasionally moved to pick up some sound she heard. ~I'm new here so I know nothing of these hunters. Are the not as reckless as that? They devoted to keeping the peace? Or are they just known for being more subtle than that while picking us off anyhow?~

'Then perhaps those people aren't hunters at all or at least aren't associated with the Hunters of New York. If they are not then who are we to assume they are? You've been here a long time and you've been alive a while, you should know more about possible groups this could be than myself.' She thought about this herself, wondering if there was any way they could do some research up on them. 'Perhaps we should attempt to track some of them down and see if we can figure anything out about them. Spy on them if you will or stalk.'

Jaden thought about this for a long time. He was prone to rushing into things and as it was instinct told him not to this time. "No." He finally reasoned. "That would probably just end up in a suicide mission. You remember how much ammunition they had. Going to their source would kill us."

Sibyl didn't find it the most practical but that seemed to be the only way to get any more info about them. 'I didn't say their source, just follow a few of them around and try not to be heard or seen so we don't get silver nitrate bullets between our eyes. I can only imagine how much that'd hurt and it almost gives me a headache thinking about it. Anyhow, either way you should probably update the pack on this new threat so that they know what they're up against if they encounter them.'

Jadens tail shifted. He knew what he had to do but doing it was the hard part now. "You should probably go home and warn your friends." he said standing up and walking over to the few remaining rabbits.

Upon hearing Jaden's request, she decided to revert back to her human form to better blend into the world. She only knew one lycan from the pack since she'd been here and that was Ceon. She hadn't spoke to him since the incident between him and Jacque at James' apartment where Jaden had actually been forced to come and intervene. "Alrighty. See you around, I'm sure you'll be able to find me if you put yourself up to it. Don't be too lonely, lone wolf." With that, she left and decided to start her search for Ceon. At the same time, though, she remembered that she knew Pummel and like Ceon, she hadn't seen her in a while. Sibyl decided that she'd start her search for both. That was when she remembered that she could simply email them so she decided to head home to her apartment where she could easily do so.

A subtle but firm knock upon Myythren's apartment door signified that Sibyl was outside of it wondering if she was permitted inside. She could smell Jaden's scent and it was still much too potent for him to be gone yet. Not only that but the fresh blood of the rabbits still lingered, which must have mean that he was still there. "Guess who," Sibyl asked Jaden through the door in a rhetorical monotone. "I'm just coming to check up on you, you don't need to let me in if you aren't feeling up to it but I'm making sure you're actually recovering from your injuries." She then leaned against the door frame though not the door itself as if inspecting something and she then began sniffing it rather loudly so that if someone had passed by they likely would have stared at her as if she were rather peculiar.

Jaden sat up from the floor and ruffled his hair. "Oh it's you again." he muttered. "You'd think we were married with how much you are checking up on me." Mumbling to himself he crawled across the floor and opened the door slowly. "So honey... How was your day?" he asked jokingly from the floor.

Sibyl merely smiled and rolled her eyes, remembering a time when she wouldn't have understood his humour or his language at all. She'd decided a while ago that it was a convenience after all to be capable of taking human form and being able to communicate with humans. Sure it was awkward sometimes since they were different from wolves but for the most part everything was all good. "I'm just making sure you haven't crawled off to be alone somwhere so that you can die in peace. Not that I don't want you to die in peace if you do happen to die but you dying would prove a likely inconvenience to the pack seeing as you're the only remaining leader. It's not like you're the only one I'm checking up on."
Then his next comment came and Sibyl just smiled, deciding to play along with him. "My day was certainly interesting, honey. I went over to a friend's house and ended up assisting him in helping his mate birth her child. I would have stayed to help out but another friend of their showed up so I decided to leave. I'm no doctor so I'd say that my day was rather ... bloody interesting." She smiled at her terrible pun then continued on, "And what of your day, darling?"
