The anger returns with full force and he's able to reciprocate a lot fo pwer onto the fog being. They seem to be neck at neck now. Both of them panting and trying to get each other to fall first. He's hoping he'll be able to knock this one out, unlike yesterday's events.

But then there it. The memory blasted into his face and forced the fear down onto him. He's nearly crying and running from the memory of that fear. That doesn't stop the enemy form attacking him either way.

This again. This was the last thing that Ixy had wanted to encounter again upon arriving in this place. It had been bad enough seeing things through the mind of a traitor before, but when the memory began to play in her mind this time, she recognized it immediately as the cruel individual from her first foray here.
Blood. Limbs. Flesh and bone strewn everywhere, and a sense of satisfaction and longing as he reached for her...
And then she snapped out of it. Despite having seeing it once before, the vision was not any easier now than it was then, leaving the girl gasping for air on the ground. Shaking, she lifted herself up to her feet and stumbled forward to continue onwards, still disturbed by the sheer brutality that she had been forced to witness again.

Having been here before, Ixy knew exactly what to expect next. When the figure appeared, she narrowed her eyes and darted forward, ramming her fist into his stomach.

Perhaps it was because she was fighting against this cruel being again, but Ixy wasn't really holding back with her punches this time around.

And then she did exactly that, take a deep breath before drawing back her arm and swinging her fist right into the figure's face.
As he disappeared, she turned to leave, knowing what came next.

She always dreaded this place, walking here alone as unknown things stared at her and limbs reached out to grab her...
But this time, she made it through effortlessly. Feeling the familiar sensation of falling and then slowing in midair, she soon found herself in front of the three orbs again. There was only one that she hadn't received yet, so...
And then she was transported out.
