Quote: should the number obtained be between 1 and the Dodge Rate of the character, it is a successful dodge and the character does not lose any HP Last I checked, 3 is definitely between the numbers 1 and 5. wink Where does one find a character's Base Dodge rate, though? that's something I was confused about with PVP. Like, is it based on speed? Or Luck? *probably just hasn't looked hard enough for it* Every time you dodge, assuming no race benefits or spell/technique buffs, you've got a 5/10 chance of evading all damage. It's in the combat thread. XD

So im really limited on what i can and can't do atm due to computer problems still but im going to try and do something at least. i feel like s**t not having been round to help out around here T^T depression is a real b***h when it hits like it hits me ...

Feiyimei Kai Merah Err, sorry, confused about your ADHD. Are you basically saying that if Kai chooses to dodge, it will be a confirmed miss without Kai needing to roll for it since you rolled a nine? The attack is a miss on Ace's side. I've always thought that Dodge/hit rate to 10 means success for some reason. I wrote the damn thread too ninja So I take it Kai doesn't need to spend stamina dodging Ace's attack?

Was trying to finish up my new guy I'm working on but don't know how to do the spells properly. He's physical so I mostly wanted his wind attribute to increase damage or likelihood of hitting/dodging this is him so far

He's physical so I mostly wanted his wind attribute to increase damage or likelihood of hitting/dodging this is him so farIf he's going to use spell, you will want to work on dropping some skill points in the wind element to make your spells more effective. It would be best if you go for █ Alteration [ Support ] █ or █ Illusion [ Mind tricks & Movements ] █ types of spells. Those are element based however. [Magic and Spells]Since your character is a valkyrie, I assume they start with 15/100 in wind already, but that is the most basic level so you will only be able to create weak spells. If your character is more physical, however, go for techniques' █ Stance [ Passive ] █ and █ Seals [ Support ] █. [Weapons and Techniques]The Spells/Techniques system was built so that they can essentially have almost the same results though Techniques are more centered around their users while spells are more versatile. Magic~ Anything is possible~ -rainbow- dramallama Of course, destructive techniques are very much dependent on your weapon skill, and don't actually improve your weapon skill that much unless you want to use up all your stamina. Magic does more damage overall.

I rather liked the idea of the multiverse, with thousands of different renditions of me... in at least one... IM BATMAN!!
but that is aside from the point of an introduction, you lot may call me Rain, wolf or Wolfshadow, the full explanation of the pin is somewhere and i have lost it, i could explain if you want to know but i will skip that for now, i am a major nerd if anyone has ever seen any other except themselves, i enjoy having a personality off the deep end outside the box cause i long since forgot what was in the box and i am too scared to check.
