"Sweet! Hey, I look adorable now, don't ya' think, Zazigh?" I say cheerfully, striking a pose as cute as I could muster of me petting and playing with my tails, smiling enough to display my longer canines.

"Ah, why do I have to be the kill joy?" I complain. "We should get going soon, I don't want our new friend Zazigh lossing his leg, or the adorible Laci geting an infection, and lossing her foot," I say, and go over and try to pick up Laci.

"The ground is so cold!" I exclaim as my bare feet finally start to get cold from the winter ground now that they lack their fur. I still continue towards the town, holding my tails close to me to keep as much of their warmth as possible.

Everyone:
As you approach the city, two guards in purple uniforms stop you.
"What kind of circus is this?" one says.
"No circus," the other says. "Eleixandre, for sure."
"But he wears the blue of Haseem..."
"True..."
"I am of Haseem," Zazigh says. "These are my friends. They have been abused by the Eleixandre. My unit died attacking Gastil, where I discovered my friends here. We are seeking shelter, and a doctor."
The guards think for a moment. Finally, they nod to each other.
"Welcome to Vidamir," the first one says.
They open the gates wide.
"Do try not to stir up too much ruckus during your stay," the other says.
"We'll try," Zazigh says.
He waits for all of you to enter.

I bow slightly to the guards and enter the town gates with the group.
"Perhaps our abilities are based on our animals. I hear some tales of foxes that can shapeshift into beautiful women! Of course, I look the exact same, but now I have silky and silver hair... I love what happened to me..." I say to Laci, looking around the town, taking in the sights, looking for anything I can use, like any scrap leather or any other materials I cound use to make more packs for the party, or, if I'm lucky, I set of armor from one of the warriors.

Laci:
"Yes, that seems to not be your 'power,' if you will," Zazigh says.

Jasmine:
The streets are very clean. You do not see any material that you can use.

Everyone:
Zazigh leads you all to what appears to be a doctor's office, judging from the imagery on the sign. Only Jasmine can read the Hyssmayian words to confirm: "Dr. Sanzik's Office." Zazigh takes you all inside. The doctor is a scrawny, hunched man with a wizened face.
"What can I do for you, Haseemian?" he says. "Oh, and pets aren't allowed."
"They're not pets," Zazigh says. "They're people who have been used by the Eleixandre for some kind of experiment. This one"—he gestures to Laci—"has hurt her foot. And I have injured my leg. We need medical assistance, please."
Dr. Sanzik looks at you all curiously, but nods.
"Very well," he says. "Both you and the injured girl, come with me. The rest of you, I shall give you all physical examinations afterwards, if you'd like."
He enters a different room.

Selphie:
Zazigh comes over to you.
"I'll carry Laci for now," he says, holding out his arms.

"Well, I don't want to pay for any extra coin, but if curiousity drives you to give me one for free, then I'd surely accept!" I say cheerfully. It then, however hits me that the others might need some money. Perhaps I should do some pickpocketing or begging...
