Good evening all!
How ar my fellow Konoha shinobi this evening?
And just curious, whats the currently situation for all squads in terms of the reconstruction mission?
As far as I know, squad 2's on their third building and almost done.

Intelligence is book smarts, meaning you are good at using the information you gather to take advantage of situations and learn about your opponents. (You use information gathered in and out of battle through observation to learn about your your opponent's weaknesses and abilities.)
Combined, these two allow you to form strategies for an entire squad based on the info you have collected through observation, though it will take time to do so, so you would need to compile a plan before going into battle or find a way to stall so you can consider what the best plan of action would be.
If you slap cunning in there as well, then you're able to do all of that on the fly and are more adept at using deception and seeing through deception when creating your strategies and actions.
P.S. I appreciate the thought Raijin, but you're only half correct on this. The telepathy CAN be blocked out, but you have to suspect or know it's going on in the first place. If Daichi or any other Mayu never talk or otherwise interact with you through telepathy except to listen to your thoughts, then you would get a slight uneasy feeling but not be able to pin down the source unless I've been consistently forming the perfect counter every time you attack or block, at which point a ninja would probably guess I am reading their mind and block me out. Modifiers such as cunning and intelligence would shorten the amount of incidences needed to make this assumption, but there's not a way to put a value on that.
Telepathy allows me to do different things based on rank and if your character blocks me out or not.
1. Regardless of the fact that you may or may not be blocking their telepathy, they can always sense the emotions and very general direction of each mind within telepathic range.
2. If the mind is not blocking the telepathy of the user, then the user can hear all the thoughts of the target. That is to say, the words that the target thinks to him or herself like "Man, I could really go for a burger right now," or, "I can't stand him!" These thoughts are usually posted in the post unless you're one of those people that only moves your character around without having any thoughts, at which point that's an error on you, not a characteristic of your character. Every character thinks something to themselves at some point.
3. If the mind is willing to converse and the Mayu is jounin rank or higher, then other sensory information can be shared through the telepathic link such as visual and audio information, but that depends completely on the rank of the user and the linked mind's willingness to partake in a link.
4. Chuunin Mayu and up can "hack" unwilling minds, but this has a mental stamina cost per post and only allows access to emotions/active thoughts of the target.
^All of this information can be found on the Mayu bloodline in the bloodline section of the guild, though it is not written in that format. You have to read the whole bloodline to gather all that.
Finally, I know Daichi's strategy isn't "omg you freaking genius you!" But, you have to keep in mind that he is a genin. Coming up with a strategy involving traps, seals, and reinforced gates as a strong choke-point-ish area is pretty deep when it's actually executed and planned out correctly.
Edit- I also through up my first Bijuu custom, it is pretty simple, just a suit of clay armor filled with his chakra. It is just a S ranked. No need to rush off and reply, I have missions, maybe a squad, and several other things to do with Havik, I am just letting you know it is there.Telepathy is completely unrelated to chakra sensing, so those skills have absolutely no effect on the skill. However, when I say general direction, I literally mean general direction. You just know, "hey, there's a mental presence somewhere to the right of me inside my telepathic range." However, telepathy also does nothing to undo the stealth skills, so just because you can sense their mental presence doesn't mean you could lock onto them with your eyes or the sensor specialty just because you can sense them mentally. Telepathy also doesn't sense clones because clones don't have brains. I'll see if I can work on your jutsu tomorrow. I'm swamped with applying for jobs right now, so I'm trying to keep up with the RP posts. I'm still way behind on mod duties.

Not trying to debunk your clan, just wondering since you and Miho might be stuck together at some point. I am fine with the way you have it, it was just my personal view on it.
As for my jutsu I rather you deal with ALL you OTHER stuff then move around to my jutsu, and I have some spar time, I am semi bed riden so if I can ease you work load in any way let me know... and have some... Hmmm... I think you should have a glass of chocolate milk, just because it is tasty.

I am quite sure it's not chakra based. I made a lengthy post about this a while back, but I don't remember where, so I'll summarize it by saying the bloodline's brain has developed to the point of being able to detect the changes in magnetic field caused by thought and emotion, and are also able to project a direct link to a target to enhace the magnetic sensitivity of their brain so the Mayu's thoughts can be heard as well. At chuuin rank and above, the ability to "hack" really means your brain is spending extra energy to increase its sensitivity to a link.

@Havik: Sweet. Well I don't know where I'm gonna have Misuki go as of now but yeah, I'll decide soon. Most likely either the hospital or the office. She might even come visit some of the squads but we'll see.

Deil Grist I am quite sure it's not chakra based. I made a lengthy post about this a while back, but I don't remember where, so I'll summarize it by saying the bloodline's brain has developed to the point of being able to detect the changes in magnetic field caused by thought and emotion, and are also able to project a direct link to a target to enhace the magnetic sensitivity of their brain so the Mayu's thoughts can be heard as well. At chuuin rank and above, the ability to "hack" really means your brain is spending extra energy to increase its sensitivity to a link.
The magnetic field given off from the brain cold still be considered charka, just in a different form, Miho uses magnetic fields that are so strong they can control objects made of metal, so we know Chakra can create those types of magnetic effects. There is also a Gate of Chakra located in the brain. So I am not saying that your not reading minds, or having the ability to know someone is to your right. or anything like that, just asking that do you think the way you describe your ability (Reading the magnetic fields.) could be a the same as a different interpretation as some one saying they read the chakra waves coming from the brain? Kind of like how terms get changed in over time, the Greek gods became the Roman with a little bit diffrence in the description, but were still the same.

@Lilly: Well I could always have her get her weapon, then come searching for you. Might have her try following you some more so I can get some tracking experience in. Not that she has the best chance of pulling it off, but who better to train against than someone you have no chance of beating xD

Not that she has the best chance of pulling it off, but who better to train against than someone you have no chance of beating xDNo, it actually isn't considered chakra because it's the change in forces created by electrical manipulation, not the use or manipulation of lifeforce (chakra). That's like saying you can listen to light, or see sound. Those two things sense completely separate energy forms. The reason I don't think this can be a form of chakra sensing is because the sensory specialty already senses changes in chakra. The only reasonable way to parallel this into chakra sensing would be to give the bloodline members super advanced chakra sensory abilities that allow the Mayu to sense the minute changes in the concentration of chakra inside the brain, but that would require a rank bonus to sensor putting the user well above a kage's level, and that would never get approved. Keeping it based off of magnetic fields keeps the bloodline balanced and original.
