Though it was well too late at that point ....as the pokemon would take the attack straight into the chest. The Numel wasn't playing around ...not one bit ...as he slam the pokemon into the ground and then move to trample him further with his weight.
It was a better of two evils ...as the pokemon tries to twist what was a dangerous assault into a less dangerous defense. But both would have their pains .....as the pokemon slams fully bodily into his opponent. Skidding to a stop the pokemon smirks dangerously ....and then ready himself for the next attack.
For he was sure that such a tackle wouldn't simply be ignored.

The bagon took alot of damage and ALex knew he had to be careful "You still up for it buddy" The bagon nodded but Alex wasnt to sure "Ok we will try a twister" the bagon stood up and whipped up the winds of a twister "Ok buddy if this doesnt work we are out of here"

The attack would miss ....as the Numel would move out of the way of the attack. The pokemon didn't even bother to watch the winds sweep away before charging at his opponent with his head down and his shoulders lower as he went for another tackle against the Bagon.
It was time that they learned to pick their fights better ....as the pokemon charges fully with the intent of ending it with this blow.

Alex knew he was in trouble "Fang dodge the strike and counter with rage" the bagon in its weakened state was slow to act "Come on buddy I know you can do it"

There was luck there ....as the pokemon hits the ground in a heap after that charge. He was still alive ....because the attack had hit hard enough to kill ...as the Numel would paw the ground angrily. HIs eyes were still narrowed as he looks over at Alex.
The boy could call out another pokemon to challenge him, try to throw another pokeball, or simply sling away with his lost ....as the Numel snorted lightly.

Alex recalled Fang and turned away from the numel. He looked to the sky and saw the helicopter in the distance "Huh next time if I find you you will be mine" Alex mumbled at the Numel and sat to wait for the Helicopter

Though the helicopter would come no closer as a very ....real sense of irony would take place. How the helicopter person know the differences between watching a student battle or watching a student getting ready for pickup. What would make the helicopter touch down? Why would it come back to get him after just moments before dropping him off.
The boy would have to find some way to signal the aircraft of his wish to leave, or else he would continue to stand there as the Numel actually snicker at the fact that nothing happen after his grand speech.
A malicious glint came to his eyes. After all, Alex had interrupt his meal for that pathetic battle.

"I know you will probally break free but I will not be snickered at" Alex took out his last pokeball and threw it at the numel it shook once twice a third time then a fourth a fifth and then a sixth it stopped shaking but would it click or would it break free Alex could care less. Alex took out his pokedex and com link "Hey I am ready for pick up pilot turn around"

The Numel broke free pretty easily ....all that rocking was for show then because the pokemon could easily get free as he reappeared. The pokedex having someone yell into it simply replies back to him.
"Hariyama the Arm Thrust Pokemon."
"It loves to match power with the big bodied pokemon. It can knock a truck flying with an arm thrust."
It had of course confused ...Hey I am ...with Hariyama. Because after all, it was a pokedex ...not a communication device.
The Numel was pissed as he lower his head came came at the boy. If he planned on avoiding the tackle he better dodge and come up with a better plan.

The Numel missed as it skid to a halt, and turns to find that there was another opponent for them. A smirk would appear on the pokemon's face as it looks the Trapinch up and down. This pokemon had just recently been captured, and that meant ...that this was going to be quite interesting ...as the pokemon drew his feet through the sands and starts forward again with
another tackle.
This pokemon wasn't going to rest not one moment.

Though what happen next ...was something that happens quite often on the island ...something that happens when a trainer forgets his place. Or better yet, when one doesn't know when to simply run away or even when to call for help.
His Trapinch would feel the pokemon's weight as the pokemon faster got to him first and press him hard underneath him. Forcing the pokemon into the ground as his weight caught that head slightly still upturned. That move it was trying to call out left it open to attack, and this attack was going to be his last ....as a sickening crunch was heard loudly over the desert sands as the Numel stood back up, but the Trapinch wouldn't be able to follow his example.
Blood leaked from the pokemon's maw ...as it head was in one direction and it's body in another. The neck broken in such a way that there was no doubt that it was dead ...as the Numel smiles and snorts out thick black smoke.
This was not a pokemon that should have been trifled with ...as it looks over at the body and smiles deeply.
It was still ready to go ...as it would seem that finally that little puff of smoke would do it. As it went into the sky as a smoke ring that the helicopter took as an SOS ....as it blades would push the sands backwards and the Numel would lower his head ...as he tries to stand against that wind. For Alex had just learned a very hard truth ....pokemon could die.

[I am not sure if went over this with you, but I hope I have ...any pokemon whose hp is less than -5 reaches death. In death, a pokemon doesn't come back nor can it be recovered. It is simply dead]

Alex did not look at the trapinch he just glared at the numel "Next tme you will die not my pokemon" Alex turned as the helicopter landed he left the trapinch unburried and keep the pokeball "I am weak I will always be weak" the boy did not cry but he was close to tears but not of sadness but of frustration. He climed into the helicopter and glared down at the numel with pure hatred
