We do! I m always more comfy around the creative mind.
I spent the day watching 3 Harry Potter movies and thought I might paint for a bit, but I have a ritual to get finished tomorrow for my women's group. This month is all about Humility and service to the Goddess. I have 7 days off in a row (split over 2 work weeks) So I think I will be thinking a lot about this during my painting then.
I have a very small (3x4) sketch book fill with drawings of my ex. It was just to help me deal, but I am thinking that some might make a painting or two or at least some regular sized drawings. Not while I am working on this series though. I really want the flow of them uninterrupted, unless I get stuck and need a diversion.

Due to some problems cropping up at the last minute (damn you car for needing to be fixed, and double damn you Medicare for dictating how much insulin I need and making me buy a bottle) I can't afford my internet and cable bill. Which means I'm gonna be offline for a while. sad The latest I can get it paid is August first, but I'm gonna see what I can do in the meantime. I'll miss you guys!

Ah I can't wait to see Harry Potter. I knew I should've bought my tickets beforehand...I have to wait at least two weeks before there will be tickets available again.
Aww, entervixen I'll miss you too. sad I hope you can get everything sorted out soon.

They were supposed to cut off the cable and internet two days ago but haven't yet, yay! And it might not take as long as I thought to get the cable bill paid, as it's not going to cost nearly as much to get the car fixed as I thought. Though Medicare won't pay be back the 143 dollars I had to shell out for a bottle of insulin, I'm not as bad off as I thought. Stupid Medicare decided I don't use insulin as fast as I do and won't approve a refill until the 22nd when I'm all out NOW, which is why I had to buy a freaking bottle. >_< Seriously, I hate insurance companies sometimes, because they're forever trying to wiggle out of their obligations.

On Thursday my great uncle Jack died...we weren't particularly close but I'm still going to miss him all the same... emo

I am sorry too Caustic. Is it too late to send energy and light candle? will do so anyway, just in case.
OK I have 2 new kittens!!! We have 7 now in the house!!! TOO many!!!!!
I was hoping to find homes for them, but we named them. Trillion and Zaphod. They are twins, came out of the same sac. SO cute!!!!

Caustic, you said in another thread that you live in a dangerous urban neighborhood. Did you mean seriously dangerous? Or did you mean Dangerous for a pagan? Are you Very in the closet as a pagan? Do you have people you can talk to other than here? Do you live far from the ocean? do you get there often? WOW I am very nosy and am sorry, but if you don't mind I'd like to know. smile

Well my suburb is dangerous enough to have a bad reputation and have a stigma attached to it. Thankfully it's got nothing to do with peoples' faiths. It's just a really dodgy place (there are drug deals outside my house for crying out loud!)
I'm not exactly an in-the-closet pagan...I just choose who I tell carefully as there aren't many pagans around here (well that I know of anyway). I have a few people to talk to, but they're mostly from various other parts of Victoria as opposed to my suburb.
I live about a twenty minute drive from the bay, but if I want to reach the ocean itself i'm looking at about a hour and half's drive. I only really go in the summer time...I'm not a huge fan of the cold...

No, over here The Guild is most likely on pay-tv...we have free-to-air so I mightn't get a chance to see it. Are there dvds?

I live in a neighborhood that has a bad reputation for violence, but in reality, its not that bad. My car was broken into once. They tried to pry out the stereo, couldn't so they left the half torn out thing there. Got all my cd's.
I am like you, I am certainly not ashamed of being pagan, but I do not flaunt it either. Nobody at work really knows. Though I am speaking at a Pagan Pride Day and when I had to fill out why, I just said that I was giving workshops, I am wondering if anybody will ask me what I am speaking about.
I used to live in California and was about an hour and 45 minutes from the ocean. I got there every chance I had. Now I live in Ohio and cannot believe I am so land locked. I am several days dive from an ocean. I miss it.
Do you have YouTube? The guild is on there still I think. It is an internet series just like Dr. Horrible. Its got nothing to do with Joss Whedon except that Its done by Felicia Day (Penny) and She and Joss Whedon talked a lot about doing series on the internet. I think Joss found out about Felicia Day's and credits her for helping give him the idea to do Dr. Horrible there.
It is about gamers, who play a WOW like game and are otherwise socially inadequate. I am not much of a gamer and I am hooked on the show. Season 5 is almost out. A whole season only runs about 45 minutes. The episodes are VERY short. You can check out the Guild.com, they may still have the old episodes for viewing.

Are you a big Joss Whedon fan, or did you find out about Dr. Horrible some other way?
