(Nah, I wasn't going full speed sinc e Idid say that I hoped you dodged it)
Zane's hand was brushed aside as he saw Kai draw out his katana. The blade was on the left side, meaning that to avoid it, Zane would have to dodge to the left. Keeping with the momentum of the parry, Zane twirled to the Kai's left his right as the attack almost hit him. Then he aimed a sidekick at Kai's wrist, trying to knock the blade off his hand. This was no time for weapons, this was a time to test agility and speed. As he did so he glanced momentarilly at the two girls. "Either of you two know where my brother went?"

Other than that, she didn't know exactly where. She points to herself and then the door, wondering if Zane wanted her to find him.

As Kai saw Zane kick at his hand he saw an opportunity. Kai slid his left foot in a clockwise circle until it came to rest behind the foot that Zane still had on the ground. As Zane's kick connected with the pommel of Kai's blade, the sword slid smoothly into its sheath. As the sword slid back into its sheath, Kai kicked off with his right foot, ramming his shoulder into Zane to try and knock him off his feet.
(i hope i'm seeing what you were doing correctly, you were trying to kick the blade back into its sheath, correct?)

Zane fell backwards as he adjusted his body, landing just below the shoulder blades to sustain minimal damage from the fall. Seeing Outou's genjutsu, he nodded for her to go find him, since he at least can heal her throat. Putting his hands behind his head, Zane lifted himself up and began to twirl using his hands, aiming a powerful kick to Kai's left side of his face.

Kai's eyes widened a bit as he saw Zane's leg hurtling towards his head. He was falling to the ground already and there was no way he would be able to dodge the blow. He quickly raised both of his arms up to protect his face, the back of his arms taking the full brunt of the attack. The kick sent him flying through the air towards the wall of the dojo. Kai reached out with his left hand, the one closest to the ground, and used it to pivot his body so that his feet landed lightly on the side of the wall. As his legs hit the wall he bent his knees to disperse some of the impact while at the same time readying himself for his next attack. He remembered another lesson that his father had taught him, always go for the kill!
He kicked off of the wall with both legs, launching himself towards Zane at an incredible speed. He had put more power behind his left leg, causing his body to spin in a clockwise motion. He drew his blade as he continued to rocket towards Zane, the spinning motion adding speed to his draw. He gritted in pain as he moved his arms, he was sure that his arms would begin to bruise soon, but it wasn't anything he couldn't ignore. If the attack landed then he would have two new teachers instead of the one.

Zane watched Kai's body hit the wal as he spun around, the palms of his hands slamming unto the ground as he pushed himself back unto his feet. By that time the blade was merely feet from his face as he stepped to the right, the blade grazing his cheek. A trail of blood flowed down from his cheek to the ground. As he did so, Zane launched his knee upwards, aiming it at Kai's kidney.

Kai smirked a bit as he saw his blade graze his master's cheek, he had learned what he had hoped to learn. He watched as Zane's knee came crashing into his side, feeling neither fear nor surprise. Zane's knee connected with tremendous force, even when he wasn't using his power he was far stronger than Kai, which is exactly what Kai hoped for. Kai was thrown into the ceiling by the force of the blow, then fell back to the ground hard, his sword clattering across the floor as he lost his grip on it.
Kai then lifted himself up onto his knees so that he could look up at his sensei, the smallest hint of a smile playing upon his lips. "So... what's next?", his voice was pained, clearly the hits he took had taken a toll, but behind the pain there was something else. Excitement.

"Just what I expected..." Zane stated as he wiped the blood with his thumb. "Give me a second," Zane told him as he went into his library room. Looking around the shelves he found the book he was looking for. Walking back to Kai, book in hand, he threw the book at him. "You've achieved the first stage of the hunter nin style, you've learned how not only to take a hit, but avoid one as well. You're ready for the second stage, but you need to first learn the pressure points. THat book contains information on the human anatomy, read it, learn it and memorize it. Once your'e done, if you did it properly you won't see me as just another body, but a target," Zane told him as he went into the kitchen to prepare some tea.

Kai caught the book with one hand, watching as Zane left the room. He then laid the book out in front of him and opened it to the table of contents. Once he found the section he was looking he began reading, quickly memorizing the more vulnerable parts of the human body.
(i've got to eat, but i'll finish when i get back)

Estellise stared at Kai with cold Rinnegan eyes, having no trust for him. She didn't move though, or said anything, just stared.
