Neutron Cannon: Combining the Electron Laser and Proton Blaster they combine in to a spiralling blast of explosive power.
Destructo Disk: I couldn't think of a better name

Missle Barrage: With a single laser pointer he gives a target to the Mother Ship of the Dres'kin that summons dozens of missles to strike in and around the singular point.
Cypher:
Singularity: Using his energy to warp the area around the target he will pull up what ever object or person and make it spin and converge on a single point and with increasing Gravity then when everything is sucked into the point it disappears along with any matter caught.
Dark Matter Surge/Explosion of Black Awesome:
A self damaging move that makes a large black and purple dome of energy that vaporizes anything around. When it gets big enough it suddenly shrinks and explodes loudly and very damagingly

Stern and very Science Oreinted. Everything to him can be explained by Science or dismissed as nothing more then Superstition or not yet able to be explained by science. Despite all this he is very sympathetic to others causes despite having his own Goals.
Cypher:
Strangely enought he is a happy person and very loyal to his Race and will fight endlessly to please his 'father' Magnus. On the other hand he is very Mission oriented when he is given one. If there is an obstacle there is no choice but to plow straight through it. No object is unmovable you just need the right Push.

Combined Bio:
Both Cypher and Magnus come from a race of Advanced Lizard-like creatures that they claim are the smartest in their Quadrent of space. So far nothing much is known about these people other then they are now Galactic Nomads searching for a place to stay until thier own planet ether goes back to the way it was or find a way to make it go back.
Magnus:
Magnus Antari is the Head Scientist in charge of Research and Development for the Dres'kin species in both Domestic and Military Sciences. He is responsible for most of the advances that the species made in the past few decades. He has even made a way for fallen warriors to serve the Dres'kin again though it is highly controversial and for the moment limited only to Cypher and the few other Brain bots he has built.
Cypher:
Cypher was resurrected from a warrior that died in battle years before the Dres'kin had to abandon their home planet but was only awakened recently after all of his Kinks were worked out. Starting off with the knowledge of a child he had to learn everything again having no knowledge of his previous life. As of right now he is serving the Dreskin as a last resort attacker.

Fasha is introduced when she, along with her teammates (Bardock, Tora, Borgos, and Shugesh) attack Planet Kanassa in their Great Ape forms. After Bardock is injured by the last surviving Kanassan, Fasha and others decide to return him back to their homeworld so that he could be healed.
The group leaves Bardock to recover, and set off to destroy the inhabitants on Planet Meat as their next assignment. They are able to easily destroy all of Meat's natives, but before they can celebrate the moment, they are ambushed, and Fasha is killed by Dodoria's elite under Frieza's orders.
Her name is a play on the name of the vegetable "parsley".

Full Power Energy Wave: Charged similar to the Kamehameha it's a full-powered pink wave of energy wave inflicts more damage than an ordinary beam attack, such as the Blast 2 Energy Wave.
Great Ape: Since she has a tail, Fasha can transform into a Great Ape. She used this ability while on Planet Kanassa and in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.
Mouth Energy Wave: Only while in the Great Ape transformation. The user fires a powerful mouth blast that inflicts quite a lot of damage.
Chou Makouhou Barrage: A mouth-based variation of Continuous Energy Bullet.
Rush Attacks: Her ultimate blast in the Budokai Tenkaichi series can be used as rush attacks even while in her Great Ape form, which is surprising, as other giants (except Janemba's first form in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3) only use pure energy-based Ultimate Blasts.
