As Exaggio says, "Common sense is not so common."

True. And scientifically speaking, common sense lacks maturity in the human body. This is because the Corpus Callosum in the brain does not fully develope until a person is in their 20's. The Corpus Callosum is in charge of intelligence, consciousness, and self-awareness.

Thank you health class for drilling random information into my brain...

As for the word counts, this is the first place I've seen them and I find tem interesting. they set up a goal for you and they're kind of like a literary game.

Sure it did. The brain is made up of many different parts that control different parts of the body or create chemicals. Each part of the brain matures at a different time while a human grows. And the section responsible for common sence dosn't fully mature until a person reaches their 20's. Which is why most teenagers don't have common sence and why there are so many laws for teenage drivers.

Tis the season, I guess. *cries* everyone's leaving crying

lol
Anywhoo, point for this message:
I finally got around to getting my RP up and going on here, but it's late and I should probably be getting to bed. Anyone who stumbles upon it and is interested, just post a typical intro post. If you want to ask anything about one of the races then by all means, either here or PM me.
Basically, you can create a character of one of the races mentioned, or you can stick with the typical demon, as there are still those left and wandering here and there ^_^.
I have several characters of my own for this as I said in the beginning of the intro OOC and will therefore throw them in when the time comes. Generally, they will be in different font to make it easier to avoid confusion and by all means, you may certainly have more than one character for this.
Once again, that's my ramble
Enjoy ^_^

For those interested:
The 'reserved' post on my new RP is being saved for the explainations of the 10 different governing systems and the species' backgrounds. This post will be updated often, as new ideas come and more things are added to each race.

Sorry I haven't been in any RPG's lately. Presently, my time has been divided between camp, drivers ed, and making a Tohru Honda cosplay (from Fruits Basket) for Connecticon on saterday. I kind of cheated and bought a pre made pleated skirt, because they're hell to make and I didn't want to even bother. Besides, why should I when there's a perfectly good thrift store near me?

I think we can forgive you for "cheating;" I made a pleated skirt once (well, a full floor-length formal women's kilt, really, but they're similar enough), and that thing took me weeks to make... And if you've only got a few days, we understand completely. And aren't thrift stores great for that kind of thing? Heh, I'm the one who buys most of the stuff for my costumes for musical theatre productions at thrift stores... xd (there's a reason we call it the "Salvation Army Budget"...)

That's kind of you. Amd did I mention that I'm sewing the entire thing by hand? we've never had a working sewing machine in our house, though we have 3. Including an onld small, medal Singer with one stitch that we inherited from mr Grandma, and who knows how long she had it. everything works on it exept the wires are chewed through. If it gets new wires, it'll be fine.

So, yeah, handsewing. Oh the fun.

I miss being in theatre! The last play I was in was Our Town. I haven't had the time for plays, I'm in too many clubs. *sigh*

Our sincere appologies, everyone. Exaggio and I have just moved into our own apartment (whereas before we lived with family) and have just finished moving stuff in. I forgot to leave a note about it before going and this is the first chance I've had to look in on the guild, really.

I hope everyone's having a good time this summer. Both of us are really busy, but we'll be around more often starting next week. We promise.

The con I was at this weekend was amaizing. So much fun. I recomend that everyone goes to a con at some point. My highlights.
1) I was cosplaying Tohru from Fruits Basket
2) Watching Piano Squall
3) Glomping a poor, inocent Kyo
4) Watching the finals for the DDR tournament (they were on the setting above heavy and using chairs)
5) The Cosplay Masqarade, which also included skits.

Squee! So much excitement!
