Lucinda's face was red as well. "I just think it's better to be around people you care about when you are in mourning or hurt," she said, quietly.

"Yes yes of course." Renatus said bowing slightly. He poked his head outside to hide a large gasp from Lucinda. His heart was beating heavily in his chest. The sun was practically down, with only the multicolor light permeating from the horizon. Renatus pulled his head back into the hut. "The sun's down." he said.

"Erm... Right." Renatus said stuttering a little. He walked into the bed room and looked at the bed, it still had everything on it. He wiped a little dust off of it.

Lucinda walked in behind him and moved to spread out the bedroll.

Renatus flinched in surprise when Lucinda came in. Since she had asked to stay in the same room as him he had been tense. He pulled open his bag and pulled out some more comfortable clothes.

"I'm fine. I promise." Renatus insisted. "Now stay here. I'm going to get changed in the other room. He walked out of the bedroom, and hiding behind a wall, slipped into his clothes.

Lucinda sat down on the bed roll and waited for him to return.

Renatus returned to the bed room wearing his more comfortable clothes. He packed away his other clothes, and sat down on the bed. He fell backwards and took a deep sigh. "My family is destroyed..." he said somberly.
