Mara sauntered past the neighborhood, the dark streets beckoning her to draw a portrait of how utterly creepy the scenery was becoming. The lamp posts were the only source of light supporting her balance. She didn't want to trip on any cracks or for some reason end of on the street instead of the sidewalks. She heaved out a sigh and continued to walk towards her new school.
It wasn't her fault...why she was who she was. Her art was her life and was everything to her. Her old life...her school, her parents, everything that she ran away from seemed to be slipping away. The more Mara felt that tense feeling melt away, the more comfortable she felt. In a way she couldn't help but smile...just a little bit.
After a few minutes past Mara came across the entrance to Mokosamu. The lights dimly lit up the stairs so she could manage to climb up to the door. Mara tried to get a better look at the pearl white school, but she was tired. And the only thing she wanted to do at the moment was sleep.
Once Mara had registered she entered the second floor and proceeded down the hallway to where her dorm room was located. A few seconds passed until Mara had finally found her dorm room. She quietly creaked the door open and looked around. The room was small and casual. Nothing special. Quickly she hung up her coat and placed her bags down by her bedside. And with no hesitation she got into the bed and looked up at the ceiling, dazing off a little before she went to sleep.

"This would be in the future, of course. Hopefully by this time, you would be able to change the law that anyone one in the time government can obtain liquor if you are not of age at the time. After this, you would have Mr.Jeremy drink liquor until he can be "seduced" by yourself. Then, you repeat until wed, which you use a loophole to obtain his role in the time government and divorce." Caleb went back to writing. "But, that is just my idea."

Caleb raised his head up. "Oh, sorry about that, my mind is still in its vile mood from earlier today. And when it is like that it creates questionable plans." He inked the quill. "You know so much..." He said, looking back at the paper. "Yet so naive....." He said the last sentence to himself.

Mara woke up slowly, her hair a bit wild and her eyes groggy. She didn't really have a good sleep that night, along with many other nights before. She stifled out a light yawn and got up to get ready. It seemed her class wasn't starting soon, so she guessed now that it was bright she'd take a look around.
After showering and getting dressed Mara left the dorm rooms and followed the school stairs back down to the entrance. She looked around for a bit, then came across the courtyard. It was a little chilly and the wind slapped Mara across the face as it blew a little harder. Shivering, she hugged her coat tighter and proceeded down towards the fountain, the falling water glistening as it gracefully fell against its own.
Mara smiled and sat down by the fountain and pulled out her sketches and a charcoal pencil. She sighed a bit, knowing it's the only thing she ever does but continued to finish off her landscape of Mokosamu High.
