Synne pouted more and put her stuff in and stomped to her bed.
Ro rolled her eyes and sent the trunk to her room and walked over to Synne "Your attitude better improve tomorrow." She kissed her forehead "Goodnight" And, giving Az a quick glance left the room to go back downstairs. She needed more tea after all that...
Synne frowned "...night..."

"Good night, Synne," Azaroth said shutting the door as he left. Quickly he made his way over to a door further up the hall way and heard "Nox" just as he opened it. "Alright, give me the book..."
"Oh..." Valzar sulked handing over his spell book.
"You'll have it back tomorrow, go to sleep..." As Azaroth walked back downstairs he'd wondered what else had been happening in the house without his knowledge. "I should be checking Saber's room on a nightly basis," he muttered as he returned to the kitchen to clean up.

Ro was pouring herself another cup of tea and glanced up as Az walked in "I'm not changing her punishment so don't even bother to talk to me about that."

"She doesn't want to be grounded," Azaroth said picking up his cup from the table. "And I'm not entirely clear on what she did wrong."

"So just because she doesn't want to be means we shouldn't ground her at all? And she pushed and whined and made a scene and kept doing it after I told her I wouldn't answer that.. question. She knew she was being rude and I had warned her upstairs she was on her last chance. She pushed because she either thought I wouldn't punish her here or YOU would get her out of it. She's had this punishment before and she's never made this much of a scene. Its one day of work and isolation with no toys or fun stuff. Thats it. If she keeps pushing sometimes I'll add a day or two."

"Alright, how do you do it?" Az asked washing the cup. "Because every time she looks at me and starts crying I find myself agreeing to whatever she wants..."

Ro grinned "Maybe its because I'm a female?" She looked at him slyly "So... if I started to cry does that mean you'll let me look for places to live on my own?"

Ro smirked and sipped her tea "Welcome to parent-hood. She'll pout for awhile yeah... but she won't hate you. I think she knows I'll shoot you down and she'll still be punished." She paused to take another sip "Mind telling me why I was asked that question to begin with?"

"Synne seems to like being here with her brothers," Azaroth said putting away the cup and the tea. "I guess she was trying to figure out ways to convince you to stay. Her first suggestion was blackmail."

She blinked "Oh that really would piss me off. Besides... what would you have blackmailed me with?" She shook her head "Ok so she went from blackmail to marriage... there's two things that go SO well together..." She rolled her eyes and sipped more tea. She swore her heart stopped beating for a few moments when Synne asked her that... her mind rushing to the conclusion Az was actually proposing in some odd 'including the kids' way. She inwardly snorted.. that was a ridiculous thought!
