"Good...Your a natural," The Kazekage murmurred, grinning as he he felt the all to familiar chakra as the magnetic field began to grow around the pair. "Now then, form the sand in your body, then force it up through your mouth using chakra," he said faintly.
Kumo nodded as he felt something form in the pit of his stomach, it felt grainy, and with a moment of concentration, it began to move, making its way up his throat, and into his mouth.

Kumo sighed, opening his mouth and the same flow of black sand poured out, falling down to the ground at the boy's feet, causing a rather disappointed sigh from the Sound nin. "What did I do wrong?" he asked, glancing up at the man.
"You must keep your chakra steady...Keep the magnetic field in balance once you release the sand, then use your chakra to control it," The Kazekage explained as he did the same with his own sand, form it into a cloud around him.

Kumo simply nodded, creating a seal as he closed his eyes. Slowly, the sand began to pick itself off of the ground, floating up and forming a cloud around the Sound-Nin as well, just as it did for the Kazekage.
"Good...Now you must learn, that this technique, but hardening and forming the sand, it can become deadly, forming weapons that even the strongest defences may have a hard time blocking," The cloaked man said softly as he glanced at Kumo.

Kumo nodded once more at the man's words before concentrating. Slowly, the sand came together, compressing to form several large sharp shapes. When the nin opened his eyes he simply smiled as he allowed the shapes to resume their cloud form once more, floating around his body like a swarm of bugs.
The Kazekage smiled. "Good, good...Now that you've got that down, we may actually move on with attacks and such!" he yelled, seeming rather proud of such a simple accomplishment from the boy.

"As I was saying..." The Kazekage continued as he paced around the Sound Nin, his cloud of sand following. "This technique is my own creation, thus, I know its true purpose...By adjusting your magnetic aura, you'll be able to reform the sand into deadly weapons."
Kumo blinked. "But it was hard enough getting the magnetic aura up to begin with! How am I supposed to know how to divide it and adjust all that crap?!"

The Sandaime Kazekage frowned. "Its simple, by adjusting your concentration of chakra, you can adjust the flow and field. Then simply divide that chakra among the sand. And as you change your chakra, you'll change the sand..."
Kumo sighed. "I think I understood most of that..." he mumbled, regulating his chakra pores then spreading it into the magnetic field of sand.

"Now then, keep your chakra steady...Then as I said, spread it out throughout the sand, try and keep it even or the technique wont work as efffectively as it should be," The Kazekage continued as he paced around the boy, keeping an eye on the boy's sand cloud, comparing it to his own.
"Im trying!" Kumo shouted with irritation as he made a seal and the restless sand began to form together, compacting against each other. Grain against grain. And after a few adjustments, it became a steady, even cloud within the field.

"Now divide your chakra..." The Kazekage ordered with a slightly anxious tone as he watched the sand. "By doing so, you'll affect the magnetic field, and if all goes well, the sand will be divided as well."
"After all that you want me to take it apart again?!" Kumo grumbled with irritation but sighed as he attempted to spread his chakra, yet as he did so, the cloud shook, unstable once more as the chakra when out of balance, earning a furious growl from Kumo.

"Keep it steady!" The kazekage ordered as he watched this. "True, you have to divide the sand by dividing your chakra, but it isnt really that hard! Just lessen or raise the amount of chakra you release into the magnetic field."
"Easy for you to say...Your the one who made this technique," Kumo replied sharply as he rapidly adjusted his pores, attempting the level the unstable cloud once more as the cloud slowly began to break apart, spreading around the nin.

"Of course, yet it was still the most challenging for me, discovering exactly how to make it all work! I never became the Kazekage with just pure talent, I had to work for it," The Sandaime Kazekage muttered as he watched the boy sternly, yet deep inside, he seemed to be smiling.
Kumo simply nodded, grunting as he acknowledged the man's words before applying a bit more chakra and the cloud began to reform, leveling out then breaking apart into dozens of small clumps.

A smile now spread across the Sand-Nin's face. "Good...You've got the hardest part down," he said faintly as he approached the sand clumps, examining them for several moments. "And these clumps will be your attacking force," he said faintly, glancing at Kumo.
The Sound-Nin raised a brow. "How? Their just little clumps of sand, what can they do?" he asked, turning his gaze to the clumps around him before turning his gaze back up to the Kazekage, awaiting an answer. To him, sand was just sand, practically harmless.

The Kazekage raised a brow, grinning then. "You obviously dont understand the full potential of sand," he said in an amused yet stern tone as he watched Kumo, forming his own sand into a group of fist-sized clumps.
Kumo blinked. "What, are you saying theres more?" he asked softly, raising a slight brow towards the Wind Shadow.
The Sandaime Kazekage chuckled. "Of course, as I've told you, this sand could be the strongest weapon you may ever find.

"Observe," The Kazekage said as he waved his hand and made a seal. Within seconds the clumps seemed to launch themselves at a small tree which the Sandaime was aiming. Within seconds, the clumps had seemed to blow right through the tree as it well to the ground. "And you thought sand was harmless...."
Kumo simply paused, slightly wide-eyed at this as he stood at his own clumps. "So you've proved me wrong, wouldnt be the first time," he mumbled as he made a few seals.
