Shino walked around calling Raiga. She jumped down form a tree and put a kunia to Shinos neck "Who are you and what do you want from me are you a hunter nin" "I am Shino from the Village hidden in the sound I want to learn the lightning bolt fang technique and the lightning Dragon Tornado and no I am not a hunter nin I am not even a chuunin yet so can you put the kunai down and teach me the techniques" Raiga puts the kunai down " Alright pay attention I wont spend all day on you. Raiga shows Shino the hand seals to do the Lightning Bolt Fang . Raiga does the Lightning Fang Technique then his hand had lightning all over it then he ran to a tree to hit it and when he did he blew a whole threw it

You need to practice so you dont hurt yourself with your own lightning fang. If you do it will be very painful. " The Lightning Fang is a very powerful taijutsu that sends lightining through the whole body depending on the amount of Chakra put in to the attack. Back then I could have blown that tree to pieces" Raiga did the hand seals again putting more chakra int o the lightning and this time when he hit the tree it burst into ashes

You have use the chakra to create lightning in your and don't release your lightning until you are ready to hit your target. Shino did the hand seals but he just practiced letting the lightining aura surround his hand and his arm.
Shino did that over and over getting qucicker and stronger with his lightning abilities. "Do you think think I did enough practicing to try the technique

"Yeah go ahead and do it Shino " " Alright Raiga " Shino did the hand seals and he had a lightning aura around his hand and arm Shino yelled "Lightning Fang" As he ran to a tree. As Shino was running to the treethe lightning began going up his arm he thought the lightning was about to shcok him so he paniced but and lost controll of the lightning fang technique

Then the Lightning Fang acually lost controll and Shinos arm got burned by the lightning Shino screamed in painas he tyries to find water to put his arm in but then he remembered that he knew the mythical healing hand he did the hand seals and healed his right arm " You need to be more carefull Shino " "I will be that hurted a lot" Sjino did the hand seals for the lightning Fang technique and tryed to do it again

Shino was more careful this time when he did the Lightning Fang Technique. Shino did the hand seals and the lightning aura surounded his arm electricity was on his hand . Shino ran up to a tree and hit it . Shinos fist burnt right through the tree. " Yeah I got it Raiga" " good keep practicing until you can destroy the whole tree" Shino kept doing the lightning Fang Technique until finally he destroyed a tree

"Your lightning fang technique is very powerful Shino but I will test it tommorow your Lightning Fang Technique against my Lightning Fang Technique So get well rested for tommorow Shino" Shino stayed up longer practicing his Lightning Fang Technique While he went away from where Raiga was sleepingwhile he was practicing he tried something new to do on Raiga in the morning " This will suprise him" Shino walked back and went to sleep

Riaga woke up in the morining first and woke up Shino" wake up and get ready Shino" " ok ok I'm getting up." Shino got up and jumped around to be fully awake " alright I;m ready raiga are you" " lets go " Shino and Raiga walked away form each other. Shino did the hand seals for the technique. Shino's eyes showed electricity in them as his hands cracked really loud and he knew it was almost time to let the move go and strike him with full force Raiga did the same thing. they both ran to eachother quickly "LIGHTNING BOLT FANG" they both said as thier fist collided they both flew back Shino made his bones come out grippin the ground so he wouldnt hit any thing and Raiga flew back too his feet landed on a tree and he pushed off towards Shino

Shino ran towards Raiga but he did the hand seal twice making a Lightning bolt fang in both hands. thier fist hit then shino used his other fist to hit Raiga in his jaw. Raiga flew back spinning and crashed in to a tree Shino ran to him to see if he was ok " I'm alright kid that was smart now get ready to learn the Lightning Dragon Tornado

"Have you seen a tornado before" "Yes" "What about a dragon" "Yes" This technique is a very powerful just like the Lightning Bolt Fang. This technique takes alot of control and chakra molding You have to spin around very quickly, forming it into the likeness into a head of a dragon. Once lightning is drawn upon his body, a spinning current will occur effecting anyone or anything in the area, temporarily trapping them in a spiral-like vortex and causing great damage. A very destructive jutsu

"I thought I would be making a Lightning Dragon Tornado not being one but it sounds like a good jutsu can you show me what it should look like" Raiga shows Shino the hand Seals Slowly then he does it Fast lightning starts to come around his body and he begins to spin very quickly forming a sMALL TORNADO then he started using his chakra to from a dragon then it started looking like a dragon spinning that was spinning very fast

Raiga kept spinning and the Lightning Dragon Tornado continued to get larger then Raiga was spinning so fast he started to go into the ground so he moved and he started to tear up the forest . raiga started to slow down more and more until he stopped " that was nice man I can not wait to do the Lightning Dragon Tornado" "Thats good so you can start right now then Shino try to do every thing exactly how I did it and don't get caught inside of the Dragon tornado

"That is worst than being on the outside of the lightning dragon tornado so be very careful" Raiga stoped talking to Shino . Shino did the hand seals and lightning was covering his body. His eyes had no pupils "oh yeah and one more thing I forgot to tell you how to stop" "how did you forget that" Shino stoped the justu " How do you stop Raiga" " After you think your tornado is big enough stop spinning and the tornado will slowly stop whil your doing what you need to do
