Eulalia Danae Spritekin Eulalia Danae Das Steube Erica Erica noticed her daughter getting carried away, and turned from Arch running after Hells. "Hey! What the hell are you doing with my daughter?!" Xeen stood up, somewhat disorientated from the blast, and now the wailing shades pouring into the park. He spotted his wife running after Hells, and with a quick thought, stepped out of thin air at her side, taking her in his arms. "Erica! STOP!" Erica struggled, trying to break away, as Xeen took her up in his arms. "HE's TAKING MY DAUGHTER!!" She yelled at Xeen as if that explained everything. "I can't let him do that!" ((Technically her being taken away is a good thing....but don't get Drake killed. Hells isn't a standard character, and isn't meant for fighting. If the Dragon's reasonable, and talks it out instead of fights, things should be good.)) Erica finally conceded, giving a small nod, and stopped struggling with Xeen. As Aaron was placed on the ground he moved to Erica's side. He recognized her from the base, and being as he trusted most people as easily as his mother, he had no problem with it.

Xeen took them both his arms, the child and Erica, as the world around them pressed down on them, before they left the place, headed to the AA base, praying that Erica and Aaron would get him in without trouble.

Das Steube Xeen took them both his arms, the child and Erica, as the world around them pressed down on them, before they left the place, headed to the AA base, praying that Erica and Aaron would get him in without trouble. ((He's stealing them! surprised Yeah yeah, they'd be able to get into the AA base with Aaron....I think. Last time I was sure of that, they tried to shoot the dude Aaron was with.))

Eulalia Danae Laurel Talbot "Alice" ((having been completely ignored by the Queen of Hearts)), turned toward the portal. She muttered a spell, and a (solid) wall of shadow formed, blocking the portal so that no more shades could come through(for now). ((Sorry, I'm trying to keep up with everyone but it's not easy.)) The portal however, was slowly widening, and though the shadow blocked the majority of it, as cracks came through, one shade would slip through, then maybe one more. It was a slow trickle, but still flowing. Alice pointed at one of the shades and a beam of coherent light lanced out from her finger. (Yes, you can learn things in high school - even when Xeen is the teacher!)

Eulalia Danae Mackie the Knife Eulalia Danae Mackie the Knife The Cheshire Cat moved up behind the stone-encased Queen and started carving away at the stone with buzzing hands. ((Is it stone, or packed earth?)) (It's a combination) The queen glanced down and with one of her long arms swung toward the Cheshire cat to smash him into the ground. ((OK, then he can't use his tertiary power on it)) As the Queen swung at him, he phazed, allowing her arm to pass harmlessly through him. He was, however knocked off his feet by the explosion. When he got back up, he found himself standing over the (apparently) helpless Queen. He grinned, and his hands started buzzing again. Death inched back. Acelr was rushing her, and Mackie was stalking towards her looking rather threatening. Even though she was vulnerable, she still had her powers. A stone golem moved up from the ground, between her and the attackers. Meanwhile her own body began sinking into the protection of the ground, like a mole. ((Acelr and Mackie had been on opposite sides of the Queen, hadn't they?)) Mackie phazed past the golem and struck down at the Queen's head.

(Pfff, nobody's given me direction details, all I got from AC's post was rushing at the queen and climbing up mud and stone, but the mud and stone armor had already dissolved away. So honestly have no idea.)) Death moved fully under ground, avoiding the blow. After a moment of struggle the golem turned around and swung towards Mackie. Larrissa Alice pointed at one of the shades and a beam of coherent light lanced out from her finger. (Yes, you can learn things in high school - even when Xeen is the teacher!) The beam of light slashed through the transparent creature. it screamed in pain, but was soon torn to pieces by the attack, bits of itself floating off in the wind.

Hellions continued walking with Ora over one shoulder, the bat hanging loose in his off hand. He didn't pay Drake any heed.

The Seer spat: an interesting sight, as the portal opened. He set about quickly, attempting to hold back the creatures inside with a large stopper of energy, forming a dome around the portal.
The Devil moved, searching for the Queen ((can't find where she was in the posts))
The Hound pulled a firearm out ((god only knows where)) and opened fire on the people tainted by the spirits, aiming for the knees.

((Someone must have forgotten the kitchen seen. If not there, Drake would have heard it from Ora later.)) The portal stopped spitting out ghosts, but as before, it was still opening, even if slowly. (the queen of spades is hiding beneath the ground at the moment..the queen of hearts is being stabbed by Blitz, the queen of diamonds is being stabbed by Verve. Queen of clubs is currently defeated.) The people grabbed their knees as they fell to the ground, in plenty of pain. They were however, quite dead, the spirt creatures having taken over the bodies entirely. The majority of the creatures began scattering, leaving the park for victims in the outerworld.
