"Now we have to worry about Quicksand..." He muttered to glaring at the sky. "Joyous day." He mumbled sarcastically wondering how long a Sunny Day would hold with this weather. His foot stuck deep in the Mud-sand and he panicked for a moment, accidentally letting loose a loud squeak. He covered his mouth and pulled on his foot but with no luck. He growled and pulled harder, eventually the mud gave up but not without keeping his shoe deep under the slightly watery surface.

The boy growled, knowing he wasn't going to get his shoe back. He slipped off his other shoe and both of his socks so that he was bare foot which seemed to let him walk a tad faster. Then the sight hit him a Red Gyarados and a flying Sharpedo zoomed in his direction.
"Aww come on!" He complained returning Manny and getting Tama and Gimlet's pokeballs out.
The Sharpedo attacked fast, it sounded like a blaring jet engine, zooming to Tama with a Crunch.
"Tama, Ready a Hypnosis for it!" he Exeggutor'd three heads nodded in unison, each eye glowing a faint pink color. he Sharpedo neared, chomping down with extreme precision onto Tama's leg, who wrihed in pain but held it together enough to pull off Hypnosis. One could see the Sharpedo's eyes close and fall to the ground alseep. Meanwhile the Red Gyarados glared down at Gimlet. Gyarados twisted it's massive body around, swinging a tail with a extremely thick membrane of water covering it. The attack bashed the ground where, luckily Gimlet and moved, unnoticed from. The thick mixture of water and sand allowed him to move rather fluidly.
"Gimlet Acid Armor!" Arekku smiled slightly seeing the ease with which Gimlet moved and he'd just called the attack which could only make him more agile and raised his Defense by a lot.
The flying Sharpedo, luckily, stayed asleep for Arekku to call another attack to Tama, "Tama, Leaf Storm!" The Exeggutor whipped his head around sending a flurry of leaves to nearly destroy the Sharpedo where it lay, cutting his Special attack in the process, looked like physical attack from then on.
Red Gyarados blasted Gimlet with a surprise Hydro Pump which really hurt him thanks to the rain. The lump of Grimer rolled like slush on top of mud toward Arekku.
"Gimlet!" Arekku cried out, trying to run to his pokemon's aid but alas found it extremely difficult to even pick up his feet. "Giga Drain to Sharpedo!" He called, his pokemon wobbled, his eye lit up a bright green and red vein looking energy lines pulled from the now fainted pokemon and helped replenish his HP.
Gyarados, enraged charged a Tama, with Ice coated Fangs and chomped down, fainting Tama instantly.
Arekky bit down on his lip, quickly returning his pokemon to prevent any further damage, "Gimlet, it's up to you! use another Giga Drain!" Energy was sapped from the enemy Gyarados, but not much due to it's being a part Flying type.
Gyarados spun again with a Water covered tail, crushing down on Gimlet with Enough power to destroy a mountainside, But Gimlet too the attack rather easily with his Defense boost and resistance to Water attacks.
"Gunk Shot!" there was a choked sound when Red Gyarados removes it's tail to find that there wasn't a pokemon beneath it. It looked at it's tail, seeing a purple blob of pokemon looking back and caught a powerful blast of Gunk to the face causing a Critical Hit. It wavered in place for a moment before crashing down with it's partner.

Arekku cautiously walked over to return Gimlet, finally he ran to the rest of the group.

Memo is following Brian and the team when 2 completely goofy, and cocky looking Rocket Grunts get in his way.
"Can't you just get outta my way and make it easier on yourselves?"
He asked sweetly. The Grunts just sent out 2 pokemon and disregarded the boy's question and comment.
"Fine then."
He narrowed his eyes and prepared 2 pokeballs as he withdrew Catelynn and held Cerza.
Jolie(Jynx) and Topaz(Flaffy) VS Raticate and Golbat
Memo didn't even bother saying his catch phrase this time around, oh well.
"So I say we go onto the next ones? Can I have a Drain Punch and Discharge please?"
He said to his pokemon. With the blink of an eye Memo's pokemon took out the enemies with one hit.
"..."
Memo just waited as the 2 sent out some more pokemon as did he.
Raye(Quilava)Catelynn(Skarmory) VS Dustox and Machoke
"And uhh...can you do it again guys?"
A Flame Wheel and Drill Peck were aimed at the enemies and again Memo had one that fast. He yawned and prepared his pokemon for the enemies.
Cerza(Chikorita)Bubby(Wailmer) VS Growlithe and Graveler
"Can I please get a Vine Whip and Water Pulse to end this?"
His pokemon nodded happily and they completed the request. Cerza tangled up the Graveler and dealt good damage, but didn't KOO it, Bubby on the other hand sprayed the Growlithe with a powerful Water Pulse that sent the Growlithe ramming into the Graveler.
"And we're done here!"
As the Grunts withdrew their pokmeon Memo zoomed into them and took the out with a spin kick. Memo went to his team again and checked how they were doing.

Maddy sighed and brought out Giratina again. "You guys are REALLY messing with the wrong people, and the wrong demon." Giratina stood in front of Maddy and roared at her two enemies, striking them with fear. A Crobat and a Muk were sent out, Giratina quickly wiping out the Crobot with a powerful and rain-guided zap of lightning. Muk tossed some sludge at Giratina as its next companion, a Mightyena, was sent out. Giratina turned and roared at the Muk, glowing blue as it struck it down with a powerful surge of psychic energy. Muk just barely hung on, and Mightyena ran up behind Giratina, jumping and latching onto the back of its head with a powerful bite. Giratina roared and unleashed some paralyzing waves from its body, crippling the Mightyena. Muk attempted to poison Giratina to make up for its companions state but failed. Giratina pounded the ground hard, unleashing a terrible Earthquake and knocking out both its opponents. Next out were a Seviper and Arbok, Arbok spraying Giratina with acid and Seviper jabbing it hard with its poisonous tail. Giratina was feeling weak now, and managed to fire a Hyper Beam at Seviper and wipe it out before Arbok crippled it with a glare attack. Tired and unable to move, Arbok lunged and finished off Giratina with a Hyper Beam of its own.

Maddy recalled Giratina and sent out Su, the Pupitar immediately using an Earthquake attack once a Drapion was sent out to join Arbok in battle. Arbok was still recovering from its previous attack, and Drapion attacked with Ice Fang. Su took out Arbok with a Thunderbolt attack to prevent more damage coming its way, and was attacked with a Cross Poison attack from Drapion. Su finished off Drapion by using Outrage. Maddy recalled Su and went back to the group.

*As we get past the Rockets, it is quite easy to see Imbruimew floating with its arms stretched out*
Archie: This dessert has always annoyed me, and with the help of Imbruimew, this will be an Aquatic Wonderland!
Me: Not if we have anything to say about it.
Archie: Not if Imbruimew has anything to say about you!

*Imbruimew points a finger at me, and stream of water powerful enough to make a Torrent activated Hydro Cannon using Blastoise blush is sent my way, and I'm stuck in a rock wall a mile away*

"This isn't good." Ginji said as he reached for the black crescent moon pendant around his neck. For a second it glowed a brilliant purple as Darkrai appeared and entered the battlefield. With a giant roar, causing the very shadows to shake, the Pokemon of Nightmares attacked with a Dark Pulse, attempting to dowse Ibuimew with the power of shadows. Hopefully it would be enough to stop the torrent and give Brian enough time to recover and plan his next attack.

Maddy was feeling uneasy so she conjured up some black flames to spiral around her. They were very hot, turning any rain drops that went near her into steam. She didn't like all this water, and figured it was time to try and wipe it out. "Yeah, well this is why I have to say about Imbruimew!" She sent a powerful surge of black and purple demonic flame at the Pokemon, any water coming into contact with the attack turning into steam and spiraling around the wave of flame and adding to its power.

Memo fell to his knees as he watched Imbruimew just render everyone of their attacks useless.
"D-Damn..."
The boy then shook his head and stood up to sprint towards Brian.
"Brian!!"

Conclusion:

Well it seems that Imbruimew is able to permanently able to change weather conditions if it has enough time... and doesn't flip out. So apparently Archie couldn't keep a desert dry, or Imbruimew under control. We may be able to use this to our advantage, as Imbruimew seems pissed at Archie hard core.
