Well, it's not too long before afternoon, and Fox has to leave, and then that night Arrow goes on full rotation. For quite a few days, they don't see each other really more than passing. Finally, Foxy gets a couple days off, and goes over to Arrow's house the night before his first day off. He's not even sure if the nightscout would be there (and awake) or not.

Arrow is there, but he's zonked out on the hammock outside the house, a book on the floor just underneath his fallen hand and an unlit cigarette hanging between his lips. Apparently he hadn't been planning on falling asleep there...

Usually Fox might have been a bit more hesitant about pestering his boyfriend when he was about to fall asleep, but he hadn't seen the other man in too long. He goes over to the hammock, giving Arrow a kiss on the cheek (would have been the lips but ew cigarete >>; ) since anything else he did would probably flip the hammock.

Arrow feels the warm lips on his cheek and opens his eyes groggily, looking to see who had come to visit. He's happy to see Fox, because they really hadn't seen each other in a really long time. He sits up and causes a lapse in the hammock and manages to spill out of it, onto the ground. He blinks up at his boyfriend owlishly.

Fox laughs, "I was trying not to flip the Hammock, but it looks like you did that all by yourself." He sits down next to Arrow on the ground.
