It sucks, because as far as mini-shops go, people who do great sketchwork get paid less gold than people who can ink and color well in some kind of image editing program. People prefer sleek computer-colored art over good artistry in real mediums.

I changed the clothing/boots color to a Qui-Gon palette instead of an Obi-Wan Kenobi palette. I cut off the Padawan braid and recolored the hair. Then I re-drew the eyes and lips.
Voila. Tiana is now Meriko.

It really depends on the artist if I like their real medium or CG art better. I know a few I rather their real anyday xD Sayuri_Nitta and Jess-chan both have GORGEOUS color pencil skills, that I like over their CGing abilities. I might be a complete idiot for saying this(because I'm not sure xD wink , but I think some of the art on Bridge's DA are real mediums too. Her real medium stuff is absolutely gorgeous ;__; heart
