 If Americans are responsible enough to return DVDs, I would think everyone else would be XD
Plus you gotta return the DVD before they'll send you another...if you never send it back you'll never get a new one (and they'll probably keep charging you 9 bucks a month for eternity)

at the video store i work at, this is how it works:
2 days late: a kind message on their answering machine,
7 days late: another kind message on their answering machine,
14 days late: a kind letter
30 days: a not so kind letter warning that if they do not contact us in 5 business days, the collection agency will be on their asses.

¤════════════════════════════¤ I decided to not do a back version.. because my time was running out and I was just getting fed up with it. Good gawd I can't wait until I can just.... finish an entire picture in less than an hour like a lot of artists. ;~; I need classes.

Hm... I'm going to be honest Rayne. I don't really like it. The dress itself is quite nice, but the feathers(?) just don't seem to go with it well. Mainly the ones in the back.
I'm not sure if it'd work, but what if you had the feathers going along the seams of the skirt?
