So Long And Thanks For All The Fish and Marvin in general just won't leave the spherical vicinity that sits above my neck.

Hitchiker's Guide is great. It's an amazing trilogy, though the fifth book is a little...lackluster.
Damn fine movie too, especially for an adaptation. A few parts displaced from the other books, and quite a few bits made up for the movie itself, but it was good as far they usually go.

I heart Marvin. I bought the novelty Marvin shot glasses from Suncoast when they went on sale. There were so adorable I had to have them.

So would you say the first three books at least are worth a read?

Toni.Monetti I heart Marvin. I bought the novelty Marvin shot glasses from Suncoast when they went on sale. There were so adorable I had to have them. Aw man, I missed out on those. Though after watching the movie and the reveal of the G-Bot, I know what MY Halloween costume is this year. whee

Greta Hayes So would you say the first three books at least are worth a read? All five books in the trilogy are worth reading, the final one just didn't seem as good as the others did. Definitely something I recommend.

I bought a hardback copy of all five books from Books-a-Million for $20 pre-discount. So, you shouldn't have too much trouble.
