Oh wow, you won the Kitten Star at a convention? @A@ That's the best souvenir you could've gotten! Congrats! What exactly did you have to go through to get it? You didn't have to sell your liver, did you? xD

I believe I got the Kitten Star for being so good at the live action version of booty grab. I took the little plastic tray DJ Helsing gave us and caught the most booty...er gold coins that he would throw up in the air.
I won because I had the most. That being 6.

I lucked out all right. He said "Would you like one of these DVDs of (Popular Anime) during (Title of filler) Arc? Or a Kitten Star?"
And because I didn't want the DVDs I said I'd take the Kitten Star in an offhand comment because I didn't know how insanely rare they was.
And don't worry about it. Just agree as is and everything will be good.

HAHAHAHA OMGGG you didn't know how rare the Kitten Star was?? That was a REALLY close call! How did the crowd react when they heard it? I'm guessing a lot of them were going WAAAAT all over the place. x'DD

Well I did notice that everything got quiet afterwards, but it was also at the very end of the Gaia thing so we had to quickly leave. Except me, I hung around and picked up the gold coins from the Booty Grab event and got another convention package out of the deal.
It's why I have three headbands, wrist bands, and wing pins haha.
The third one I got because I went to the other Gaia event the next day haha.

Well the Glomp Me sign wasn't part of the set, just something extra that most people got anyways. If you want to see something cool just check out the price for one in the Market Place.
It's no Kitten Star by any means but to appear in public with it will probably mark you as prime NOOB begging bait. One reason why I haven't played Zomg since getting back is because I know showing up with my plain avi here would get me swamped worse then if I had an Angelic Halo and duel welding Anicent Katanas with nothing else on.
Also waiting for the the opening of Buccaner's Boardwalk, which looks like it's gonna be awesome. And new rings!

Pfff I'll be fine~ I'm only ever active in guilds and a handful of threads anyway, so the amount of begging PMs/comments I get are little to none. I haven't logged onto zOMG in a long time either, but LOL yeah, looking flashy there would make you a magnet for endless pestering. xD
Ahh, so that's why there's this buzz about zOMG lately. They're releasing a new area? I've been seeing a lot of complaint threads going around, though I haven't really bothered to look into them.

It's not really a new area, just one they've been working on since it first started. It's the place that's been "Under Contruction" above Bas'kin Lake and to the right of Gold Beach.
Alone with a speical Animated for that place alone there's going to be Vampire and Werewolf NPCs that we may have to fight too.
And Like I said, new rings haha.

Haha! New rings alone make it all worthwhile, I suppose? xD I'm not a zOMGholic so I can't share with the excitement, but I hope you have fun when it finally gets out!
