He sits in a corner, looking like he was about to pass out, his stomach growls, " Damn, Al, I'm hungry"
" Well, if you have to, I don't want you dying on me, nii-chan, after all, your mother entrusted me with your well-being... here" the boy said this as he lowered a choker he had on his neck. The man bit his neck and fed off the boy for some moments.

The boy looks up at his brother weakly, " Y-You, baka." and he fell asleep on his brother's lap. " No one respects me anymore."
