Anonymous_Alcoholic I pmed him a couple days ago and haven't yet recieved an answer. Your supposed to submit an appkication in the auto rank forum. And Orchid, not for a long, loooooooong time, and even then the people who have been here longest get first dibs.

"Oh~ you can't ahve them cuz they are overpowered~" THEY ONLY INCREASE THE POWER OF AN S-RANK TECHNIQUE by 1.5% AND MY LIGHTNING TRANSFER ALSO BY 1.5%!!!!!

First off, Zane is not in charge of custom weapons, Luo and Beatriz are, so stop bothering him about it. Second, we announced that if any members started PMing crew or posting in the chatroom about having their customs approved, It resulted in automatic denial.
