"Wait, Danny." Elke ran after him up the stairs. He was a quick little devil. She wanted to know he was safe, that she was safe. She didn't want this to happen again though she felt she couldn't stop it. She huffed as she reached the hallway. "Are you sure you're okay? Do you feel okay? Do you need something?" She stopped, listening to herself. "Should I leave?"
