I understand New yorkers (blame all of the american tv we get here DX) Maybe like southern US states I can't understand... Heck I can't understand the Scottish!
Italian's pretty easy as far as languages go! EVERYONE LEARN ITALIAN! x3

I like Spanish accents, though, I'll be honest with you. Not being biased. c: French accents are funny. Their 'r's are like 'HHHHHHH'

Scots are funny! xD I barely get Brits, I'm used to a pretty slurred and plain one. xD I just suck that much. xD

OMG FRENCH ACCENTS. xD yeah they are funny. Oh it's great being English and growing up with English comedy. We're so bloody moany and hate the Americans and French pfft... That's why Arthur's personality is so accurate~
No one other than the Italians seem to know what a real Italian accent sounds like ._.
