Tommy is simply crashed on the couch, asleep. There's a slim chance of him waking up, but it's not very likely.

Tommy woke up on the other side of the couch, where Jack was. "Eh, huh, wha, where? Oh, hey you two. Mrs. Demon Overlord. Jack." Tommy snickered at the idea of calling Maddy the overlord of the Demon Realm. Though technically, she was, so it wasn't false. Tommy seemed to ponder that thought deeply. He shrugged.

"Oh, the usual. Doing my daily training exercises, keeping fit and strong. Just in case we're attacked or something. Oh, and I beat Ginji in a fight. Nothing big." Tommy chuckled briefly. "He wasn't going all out like that one bout against Dark, but hey. I beat him. That training with Amp, Champ, and Rugaji really paid off." Tommy was talking of his pokemon, who were his Ampharos, Machamp, and Swampert, respectively.

He started to think Maddy's advice to not leave the castle grounds should have been followed. He looks back at both kids on his back. "Ummm, you guys are gonna have to wait a little bit longer before you see your mom again." He chuckles.

It must be a very long route since he was in another world with no actual path to HQ. He then hears low growling in the area and looks around cautiously. Before he noticed Alarice had lept off his back and charged towards the sound with a growl of her own. "Ah! Hey get back here you little turd!" He shouts and begins chasing her.
