A mon is like a simplified coat of Arms or heradlry crest.
I picked one up for Stryder because he's a Jedi Lord and I figured you might be interested in knowing about them.

Not in particular. The closest would be the Bathurst's ID:

It’s better than the TV shows, Macross, Southern Cross, Invid, Macross 7, and Macross II. I’d say it’s on par with the movie Macross, Macross Plus, and Macross Zero. I think they did a good job with it and if you’re a fan like me I recommend seeing it. It was cool to hear Scott Bernard’s voice once more, and Rick’s. Mark Hamill dose two voices in it, one good guy and one bad.
