Tony continued to stroke Loki’s side as he nuzzled against the god, grinning to himself. “We’ve gotta make sure you two are fully prepared to torture everyone else in the mansion.” He said softly. “You’ll be little angels for mommy and daddy, but you’ll drive everyone else insane, understand?” Pressing another kiss to Loki’s skin, he glanced up at the god for a moment, checking that he was still alright with this before he continued. “When you meet Uncle Thor, you gotta reach up and grab a big fistful of his beard, and don’t let go.”

Loki smiled as Tony stroked and nuzzled his belly and talked to the twins. It was quite amusing for the god to hear tony plan out what he wanted them to do. He was sure tony knew that despite what he told the twins that was not how it was going to go. At the mention of pulling Thor's beard Loki chuckled. That was the one thing they could see their children doing. "I may have to cut my hair when they are born. Babies especially like to grab hair, they'll probably take a go at your goatee too." Loki mused gently. He liked his hair as long as it was, it felt right, but he could regrow it what the children were older and less likely to try and pull it from his head.

Tony grinned again as Loki chuckled at him. Hearing his words though, Tony lifted his head slightly, looking Loki’s face over. “You love your hair though.” He said softly, resting his cheek against the swell of the god’s stomach, seemingly unwilling to move too far away at the moment. Reaching out a hand, he took Loki’s and brought it close, kissing his fingers softly. “Couldn’t you just keep it tied back?” he asked, eyes not leaving Loki’s face, carefully watching and judging his reaction.

Loki nodded when Tony said that he loved his hair. It was true but the question was did he love it enough to keep it despite it getting yanked on. Looking to tony as the man kept a cheek pressed against his stomach while pulling a hand to kiss it he smiled. "I could but I would have to keep it tied back practically all the time. Braided would probably be best seeing as there would be less loose strands for out children to grab. It would mean the you would not be able to run your hands through it often unless you undid the vraid and then fixed it when done." Loki hummed. It was doable of course, the babies would probably still pull on the braid but the strength of the twined hair wouldn't hurt as much and the babies would not get their hands tangled in individual strands.

Tony kept Loki’s fingers pressed to his lips as the god spoke, it didn’t sound to horrible, up until Loki mentioned the fact that he’d have to keep his hands off unless he could braid his hair again. Gripping Loki’s hand slightly, he turned to grumble against Loki’s skin before sighing. “I don’t know how to do that.” He finally complained. “Never had enough hair myself to bother with trying to learn how.” Of course it wasn’t like Loki’s hair was the only thing he liked touching, but Loki seemed to enjoy it whenever he rain his fingers through his hair. It would be a shame to have to put that off for years. Not to mention it would be a hard habit to try and break.

Loki smiled as tony grumbled at the idea of having to rebraid his hair should he take it out to run his fingers through it. When tony finally admitted he didn't know how Loki just smiled and patted the hand holding his other. "you will have to learn anyway. We are having a girl and I have no doubt that she will want it done when she is old enough. You can practice with my hair." Loki offered. He knew the children seemed overwhelming to tony but this was one of the many ways Loki would be able to help him.

Tony’s eyes softened at Loki’s words, pressing another soft kiss to Loki’s stomach. He was going to have a daughter, it was still hard to believe. Letting Loki feel his awe across the bond, he stayed there for a moment longer before shifting back up to kiss Loki properly, leaning forward to press a soft kiss against his lips. “This all still feels surreal sometimes. Like this is some dream I’m going to wake up from.” He whispered, eyes closed as he breathed his mate in.

Loki watched as Tony's gaze softened when the god mentioned that they were having a girl. Feeling the awe through the bond had the god closing his eyes for a moment just feeling Tony's feelings in full for the first time since he had been back. Red eyes opened again tony shifted up his body to kiss him once more on the lips that Loki returned. "I know I feel the same way all the time." Loki chuckled. What he didn't say was that he was afraid that if it was a dream he would wake up either in the void or as Asgard's prisoner again but he shook that thought away.

Tony gave a little hum at Loki’s words. “Well we both can’t be having the same dream.” He replied quietly, smiling to himself. Kissing him again, Tony finally sat back on his heels, looking Loki over for a moment before he shook his head, his usual energy starting to spark back up again. “Come on.” He finally said, moving to get off the bed and help Loki get up too. “I want to go swimming.” He said lightly, reaching out for his mate.

Loki chuckled again when Tony said that they both couldn't be having the same dream. "no I suppose we can't can we?" Loki answered before responding to the next kiss until tony pulled away. He looked at the man curiously when he sat back on his heels looking over the god. Loki was ready, expecting just about anything from tony then. At the beckoning to leave the bed Loki shifted until tony helped him up. "then swimming we shall go. Though I think we different clothes." Loki hummed.

Tony smiled and shook his head. “No…I think we’d be more comfortable in something else.” He agreed. Making sure Loki had caught his balance, Tony turned to make a beeline for the closet again. “I think we should still have our clothes from our vacation. Your trunks should still fit I think…if you wear it just a little lower on your hips.” He said, glancing back at Loki and looking him over as if to judge his own statement. “I doubt anyone else will be going to the pool, but you might consider a shirt of some sort if you think that might make you more comfortable if someone wanders into the pool room. Digging through the drawers, he fell silent as he tried to locate the appropriate clothing, not exactly sure where they’d gotten tucked away at after they’d returned home.

Loki smiled at Tony's energy as he bounded off to the closet after having made sure that Loki was stable. "I think that will be acceptable but we shall find out when I put them on." Loki stated when Tony spoke of his swimming trunks from vacation. At the mention of a shirt and that making him more comfortable he nodded. There were still too many people in the mansion he was sure and he didn't wish to 'show' off to any of them even if they were unlikely to be at the pool. "I think they are in a bottom drawer." Loki suggested when Tony fell quiet looking for their swim clothes. It was where he had put the less important clothing, the things they wouldn't wear as much.

Tony looked over his shoulder at Loki when he suggested another drawer. Frowning, he shifted to search the mentioned drawer. After a moment he let out a triumphant noise, pulling out their swim trunks like he’d found a piece of gold in the bottom of the drawer. Trotting out of the closet, he passed Loki his trunks before eyeing his own. After a moment’s consideration, he moved to get an undershirt for himself. He was still unwilling to let anyone see his scars and reactor so easily.

Loki watched Tony to see if he would find the swim trunks and hearing the triumphant noise he chuckled. Taking the retrieved swim trunks he changed leaving them just on his hips below him stomach like Tony had suggested. They were a bit looser there but Loki was sure as long as he kept to normal swimming they would stay on. He remained in the tunic however feeling more comfortable in it and waited as Tony changed.

Tony changed in the closet, taking a moment to switch in and out of a few tank tops until he found one he felt was acceptable. Returning, he looking Loki over, head tilted. Coming around behind him, he pressed a kiss to the back of his shoulder. “We’re taking the kids and the yacht back to those islands when they’re old enough.” He announced firmly, hands on Loki’s hips. “They get to see how much of a beach bum their mother is.” He teased. Moving to the side, Tony kept an arm wrapped around Loki’s waist as he led him from the room and back to the back stairwell. They should remain unseen from there to the sun room at the side of mansion that the pool was in.
