Yes, it does. I for one often plan my posts a day or more in advance before I even start writing them. Each point of my post will be linked to every post made prior to it, so that I effectively respond to everything that has happened around me, which my RPC would be aware of. Whether I am writing my post a day after yours is posted, or five minutes later, any change to your post during the time I am working out mine will affect me. That is why I say you become part of events. Your RPC walked up to mine and spoke. How does that not affect my RPC? I haven't written my post yet, so in that regard no, it hasn't affected me yet. But I have already begun planning my post, and reactions to your own were included in that planning.

You cannot adequately predict when someone will respond to you. I could have posted my reply at the exact same time as you decided to nullify your own. In turn, I would have to completely redo my own post to remove reference to you while retaining continuity, as would anyone else who wrote or planned their post around your presence. This is why there are posting orders in any interaction, and why we have rules governing when you can walk away from an active battle should the opponent not respond. Posting multiple times or changing a post before the other party can reply completely screws up their own posts.

I said he wasn't in the building because your post had you entering the building and finding him inside. He's standing in the street in front of the building.

Technically you already have asked, unless you did delete that post and choose to start with the other. But, probably not. He's just about ready to leave since his usual student hasn't come out yet, and he has to meet people elsewhere. Not to mention he's literally years behind in his own training.

In case you hadn't noticed yet, I decided to ignore the mistakes in your post in the training grounds and respond to it. Going to run it as if your apartment post came before your facility post, and go with that. Pretty much everyone is locked in now until you post though, so please do so promptly.

@Shira: David's probably going to expect you to make BB join Suna if you keep him around as a student. He won't take too well to having an unknown wandering his village and playing ninja without being a part of the place.
