Also, we need to figure out the magic formula for fests, man. How long is too long, how short is too short. Because we either don't get started until after they're almost over, or we start strong and drop out quickly.

I think Josh fest turned out well, and their were entries throughout for the most part. Maybe partially because the weekly prompts or whatever the hell often I did 'em but I think a month is a good amount of time for one? Let's us procrastinate a little if we need/want but still have lots of time to think of stuff.
I'M DOING IT. I am FEST MASTER.
What is the perfect name for their ship, do we have one yet? This needs to happen NOWS.

Kat and I tossed around ideas for one, but we disagreed mostly xd Maybe that could be part of the fest?
At some point we as mods should cut the year into sections and each take a section to use for one yearly fest, and one that is not annual. That way we all know for weeks ahead of time when we need to start working on one, and we have ample room to plan and design.
I'm obviously not too worried about things not ending on time XD Community Challenge has been there since, like September. NEEDS MOAR FEMSLASH.
I'm pretty disorganized, yo. I'm getting better... kinda. Not. XD
But actually, there's not much beyond stickies that Kat and I need to do before everything is in working order. Some sprucing up here and there, a couple of side projects (like organizing zOMG meets; I want to have a in-zOMG Snatcher game, where we chase a couple of mudbloods/players down and earn prizes) and it's done. Just taking my sweet-a** time because I'm lazy and it doesn't have to be done until July anyway. I have other stuff to panic myself over XD
