Augh, I've gotta write. I must write. It is neccisary for me to write. If I don't write, it will cause me much internal pain. Not writting is not good. I am required to write. Writing I must do. Write... write...
I'm going nuts here. I've been at it for over a month but only have 23,000 words...

National Novel Writing Month, traditionally held in November if I remember correctly. The goal is - I believe - 50,000 words in thirty days.

Kara, written with the character for Sky.
Roku, written with the character for Land.
and Umimi, written with the character for Sea and Beauty.

Writing contests sound fun...but I'd fear I'd get discouraged. sweatdrop
*is writing a book right now...hopefully to be published...and the books following in sequence with this one*
Heh...I like the main male character... heart I drew pics of him too. ^_^
(though in one he's partially naked...but it's censored, and it's not a sexual pic either sweatdrop ninja )

I made this fanfic my summer project, to practice for writing a real, publishable book. Unfortunatly, I write like Douglas Adams: He would start the day with half of a script, and end the day with 1/3rd. I have to get words down perfectly, so It takes me a long time to get them right.

My problem is getting everything in the story organized...sometimes I'll realize something is either better, or that I forgot something as well...so my notebook is all scratchy. sweatdrop
But unlike school essays, I write rough drafts. That's what the notebook is for...in which it eventually goes onto the computer (where I can change stuff all I want).
And finding good ideas for the story too. gonk
I just hope no one gets confused with the many different characters I have. crying
