Fat stores twice as much energy as carbohydrates. It takes much less fat to produce the same amount of energy as a bunch of carbs, meaning it takes far longer to burn off. Losing weight isn't a quick process by any means. Rewarding, though, I hear.

Holy crap!!!!!! I was singing that song today! I'm obsessed with Sweeney Todd. I have to say I think I prefer the stage productions. They sing really loud and crazy. XP Plus they have the epilogue and prologue stuff and dialogue that the film cut out. Very epic. And you can tell they're having fun with it. Check it out

Well if you liked that then you might also like George Hearn's Epiphany. When I think of Sweeney Todd I can never think of the quiet nutter, I think of George Hearn, shouting at the top of his voice. XP

Meh, out of all the musicals i have seen i think that Sweeny Todd should be presented with the least classical singing, less vibrato.....
I mean, don't get me wrong, George is a great singer. I just think it sounds better more solid. Because it is a dysfunction from the mainstream, as the musical itself is set so far apart.
Then again that is all a matter of oppinion
I was in Musical theater for two years...... I have to say that one of the most inspiring performances was when my school did Fiddler on the Roof, Some of the people who were in that production actually went on to get scholarships for it. I don't think it could have been better done, and we were sold out every performance for the next two productions, which were the ones I was in....
State Fair and Bye Bye Birdie..... which are not nearly as cool.....

For live productions, don't they have to exaggerate everything since the audience if farther away? Instead of having a camera be able to zoom in on certain spots. Which does make things look much more fun. ^^
