Akia nodded, "I'm fine, it's good to see you're alright...so...I wasn't imagining that wind..." she ended in a whisper...she then heard the inn door slowly open and close, turning her head, she saw Azurite, she looked at him for a moment...not knowing what to say...then replied with a soft smile, "Welcome back, it seems you're alright too, I'm glad..." she ended, seeing that Azurite had not been harmed by the ferocious wind...he must have heard it and then head here to see if we were alright...she thought to herself calmly...

Elena blinked, eyeing the girl as she walked nearby. She was rather energitic all of a sudden."Drink...what? " She stopped, looking at her as though she were crazy. She barely knew the girl, which ment she wasn't going to take a strange drink from someone she didn't know. "No thank you..I don't mind the walk. I'll be fine. If i'm lucky, maybe I can pick a fight with some random monster around here.." She smirked, before continueing on her pace for Midgar City. "It's been so long since I've been in a real battle, I need to pick up on training."

".....?" Again, Elena stopped to look at the girl. At this rate, she wouldn't get to Midgar anytime soon if she kept stopping. She 'did' want to keep up her trainning, and would of liked to fight with some random monster running lose in the outside world, but the part she wouldn't say was, she didn't want a huge challenge.Besides, she was only good with a gun. "Umm..Who would that be?"

"That all depends on who answers my call, though there will be only one. We could wind up with a dark soldier... or a demon behemoth... there's quite a few possibilities. I can take most of them on alone, so if it's too much for you, don't worry." Vai said, smiling. "So... shall I call out to them?"

Galacia simply nodded, "Indeed. Probably I was the only one that was even harmed by it, but still. It's good to know others weren't. Though, I wonder what that was..."

====Pandemona City, High above Midgar====
"Nox Noctis! Lord of the night! Power over Darkness! Lend us your power and open the gate. Allow the Tower of Darkness to be summoned here, for the time of summoning draws near!" Xetrina continued to chant.
Pure and utter darkness swirled into existance near the ground black lightning jumping about it, and a black mist slowly seeping out, as a large channel to the Plane of Darkness opened. The darkness shot up into the sky, and flowed through it, blotting out all light from beyond the atmosphere, the balance of the world shifting in favor of Darkness.
Xetrina's aura pulsed as the light spirits screamed in rage at her, but she continued nonetheless. "Lumen! Lord of the day! Power over Light! Lend us your power and open the gate! Allow the Tower of Light to be summoned here, for the time of summoning draws near!" She chanted, shouting over the elemental torrent that was now forming in the center of the channels.
At first, nothing happened, and then, a single column of light shot up from nothingness in the sky, and into the darkness, punching through it, and washing away the darkness that blotted the skies, as Light came to balance out the Darkness.

Azurite wasn't sure about what was really going on beyond Midgar but didn't feel like he needed to know for now. He walked into the Inn then walked up stairs into his room. His suddenly began having a slight headache so he laid down on the bed for abit, waiting for the ache to go away.

Akia nodded..."Yeah...it wasn't your normal wind storm..." she whispered, watching Azurite walk off...her eyes watching him for a moment...she sensed something...but wasn't sure what it was...then looked to Glacia..."Um...excuse me...I'll be right back..." she stuttered, she silently followed Azurite, watching him go into his room, then stopped, hesitated, but finally let herself knock on the door..."Azurite? Are you alright?" she asked nervously...

Azurite heard a knock on the door followed by Akia's voice and in response he said "Yeah, I'm alright..." the head ache was still there but was faint. He sat up on the bed as his headache was still faint and looked back at the three days that and how he met Akia.

Galacia nodded at Akia as she walked away, and got up from the stool he was sitting on. Walking to the window, he looked up at the enormous Pandemona City high above. "What's going on up there..."

Akia fumbled with her fingers nervously..."W-Well...I-I...I wanted to see...well...I wanted to know...what's going to happen next...a-are we going to go try to find the mistress...or are we waiting for her...o-or...are we going to go our seperate ways...because...because...I-I...really have no purpose here..." she responded in a sudden sad voice...her eyes trailing the wooden floor...

"Well... I promised I would help you with honing your skills in the art of magic so if there's somewhere you need to be then I'll follow..." Azurite said thinking that the mistress may have something to take care of.

Akia smiled..."Thanks...I appreciate that...but I'm just a Rounin, I have no where to go...you see...," she sighed..."I travel...to learn and to find a purpose...and...and if you're going to help me out...then I'm going to help you get your emotions back...no one should suffer something that cruel, no matter what they've done..." she smiled at him, trying to seem reasuring...she then heard a sudden peck on the next door...Kioni wanted out..."I'm coming Kioni..." she laughed, excusing herself for a moment to let Kioni out, he hobbled around on the floor for a moment, cooing at the sight of his master, and then flew up to her shoulder...affectionately rubbing his beak against her neck, Akia petted his head with a soft touch...and returned her attention to Azurite...
