I know, just thought all ninjutsu followed that... Also next couple of questions The bloodline attribute for ranton • Black Lightning: Raiton techniques are black in color; slightly increasing their power, while reducing visibility. Would that fall under Personal or would you make a new attribute thing for Bloodline? And how slightly, cause I remember when it use to be it raised it by 1 rank, same with the Ranton being automatically immune to Raiton, and Suiton healed them. Also; Limitations: • Ninjutsu : : 00 / 00 • Genjutsu : : 00 / 02 • Taijutsu Styles: : 00 / 01 • Bukijutsu Styles: : 00 / 01 Pretty much got it but the Ninjutsu, would it be 14[12 ninjutsu class,2 Bloodline] or 8[6 ninjutsu class/split between elements, 2 bloodline]

Slightly, moderately, sharply, greatly, and significantly.
Those are the increase effects in order.
We don't use actual numbers or rank increases, just literal terminology.
Slight would be, well... slight. If I were to give it a percentage, I'd say it was like a 2% increase.
And, yeah, that'd probably work best- just creating another little section for it.
As for ninjutsu limit... You'll probably want to split it up amongst your elements, seeing how you're ninjutsu class.
6 per element ( your personal two and then elementless ), and then you can throw the 2 from bloodline class into whichever you prefer.

Yeah, not too sure myself. But something like learning genjutsu one post faster won't really be helpful since she only has three slots for genjutsu that she can learn right now.... which nixes my second idea.. Just checked her profile, and she has three slots so it would be useful, and also she'll get more as she gets up in rank.
Oh, maybe she could have one that lets her learn one extra genjutsu? I think i saw it mentioned that adding one jutsu to a limit was allowed...
But just the one. And for the other attribute, maybe something about a faster reaction time or something... or greater dodging ability thanks to her training in dance since she was a child.
