Raven does have the decency to blush. "Billy bought them for me as a gag gift on my last birthday." she admits. "But I haven't used them before." she adds quickly. She lens over him and wraps the tie around one hand.

He licks his lip a bit, mostly to try and hide the fact that it was bleeding (although he vaguely suspected that rave knew). He doesn't have much else to do but to watch her tie him up.
