Reeve appeared somewhat far away from the bar, wearing a formal suit for some reason. In the distace he could feel the presence of Ziven and Mask, but there was a strong emotion comming them also. Aware that Ziven was probably feeling the emotion and probably wanted to be alone, Reeve stayed where he was and sat down. He closed his mind off from the outside world, keeping his thoughts to himself, as he pulled a flute from a pocket inside of his suit. Bringing the flute to his lips, Reeve began to play an elegant and serene song.

Mask stopped purring and mewed softly. Tilting her head toward the bar, she smiled. "Indeed." she said to the feline. Mask meowed loudly and pawed at her shoulder. Reaching up, she scratched his cheek and with a small pop, they were on the ground. "Shall I follow?" she asked him quietly. Mask jumped from her shoulder and tore off in Reeve's direction, not stopping until he was by his side again. With a small sigh, Ziven leaned against the tree that they had been sharing the top of and rested there with her eyes closed. "Apparently not."

Reeve heard the patter of small, agile feel and stopped playing. He waited to hear the sound of another, finding it strange that no one else came. Once the cat got to him, he set his hand down to pet it. "Did Ziven not wish to come?" he asked the cat.

The cool evening air was growing colder. Wanting to make sure Mask had found Reeve or would perhaps join her again, she wandered off in the direction the feline ran in. After a few minutes, she neared Mask and Reeve.
Purring, Mask meowed at Reeve and rubbed against the man until Ziven neared, he stopped purring for a moment and meowed again.
"Greetings, Reeve. It appears Mask longs for your company." she said softly, watching the pair together.

"It would appear that way, wouldn't it? I don't know why he likes me so much..." Reeve said as he ran his hand along Mask's back. "So, how have you been Ziven?"

"Simple, you treat him with kindness." she said softly, turning her head slightly with this. It was clear that she was feeling a little shy again, as her answer applied to both Mask and herself.
Taking a moment to reflect on the events since last they met, she sighed heavily. "Goodness, so much has been happening. I have been busy, lonely, confused and more .. but overall I have been well.
What of yourself?"

"I have justt been... somewhat lonely." He smiled somewhat saddly as he pet Mask. "I sent Kain out to do a task for me, and he never returned. Then when I went to find him... I got a little bit lost. I dunno how I got back here..." He chuckled somewhat, slightly ashamed. "And there would be no reason not to treat him with kindness..."

Compassion showed on her face. Though she felt nervous to do so, she neared him and seated herself next to him. Lifting her right hand, she curled her fingers over and gently touched Reeve's cheek with the back of her fingers for a moment before folding her hands in her lap. "Perhaps we can sit together for a while so we are not alone." she said in a weak voice, barely above a whisper. "I hope Kain returns soon. Or .. if you would like for me to help with your search, I could help to reunite you with him, if you would like." she finished with a small nod of her head before lowering her gaze to Mask, feeling comforted as the feline started purring again.

Ziven may have been talking quietly, but Reeve managed to hear every word that she said. Tilting his head a bit, he smiled and said "Sitting together would be nice, its been awhile since we had a nice, in depth talk." He felt her hands touch his cheek, which sent a shiver up him for a moment. "And you don't need to help me look for him... when he wants to come back, he will come." He inhaled deeply and smiled a bit. "It seems like a nice night... a little bit chilly, but nice."

Sensing his reaction from her touch, she deduced that she had gone too far, crossing a personal barrier that she should not have. This action was common in her opinion, as her master would touch her cheek like that to comfort her through the years. Her thoughts did not linger on this for too long as he continued.
"That I can help with." she said softly. Concentrating for but a moment, a fire appeared near them, burning warmly as if it had been there for hours, instantly bringing warmth to the area surrounding it. Sitting up, she considered moving to the opposite side to give him space but instead found herself thinking about her master again and that she had touched Reeves cheek. "If I should not touch you, please tell me. It was my intention to comfort you as my master would do for me when I was feeling upset. Or if you require more space, I shall move."

"The you touching me was not the problem... Simply the unexpectedness of it." Reeve said as he put his hands to the flame. Because he could not see, he accidentaly put his hands inside the flame... but did not pull them out. His mind didn't seem to be comprehending the pain. "Touching has never really been a normal thing for me outside of a fight, so I never expect to be touched..." He smiled a bit. "It is a nice feeling, just unexpected..."

"Reeve, your hands!" she said, sounding upset. Instinctively, she grabbed his shoulders to pull him away, but as she was on her knees to do this, she lost her balance and fell on her back, accidentally pulling Reeve's back on top of her. She blushed deeply but still tried to hold him, assuming his hands were burned and he would be in pain. "Could you not feel the flame? Are you burned?"

He heard Ziven speak, but did not really understand what she ment. Suddenly he found himself falling forewards, catching himself with his face but a couple inches from her. He could feel her under him, and blushed himself a bit as he pushed himself up. "I didn't feel anything... but I don't know if my hands are burned." He was still blushing a bit as he got off of her. "You alright?" His hands were quite burned, but it still didn't seem to bother him at all.

"I am unharmed. However you are injured." she said, sounding rather sad. Gently she grasped his wrists in her hands, pulling his hands a little closer to her so she could better see. With a moment of concentration, she was able to sense the severity of the injury and knew it was within her ability to heal. "WaĆse Heil." she said firmly. His hands were almost instantly healed to their unharmed form. She smiled and gently let her hands move from his wrists to his hands, holding them both in her warm hands. "There, all better. I am not accustomed to touch either though you seem to have an unusual tolerance to pain. Perhaps this is why you were nearly joyful when you were injured so badly." she said softly, looking at his face now and unconsciously squeezing his hands slightly.

Reeve tilted his head slightly when she said that he was injured, but allowed her to heal him anyway. "Pain can be more or less overlooked... it just depends on how your mind takes it..." He felt Ziven squeezing his hands, and gave hers a slight squeeze in return. Weather it was to alert her of what she was doing, or simply just to hold her hands a bit was hard to determine, even for him. "I got used to pain, normal touch is different."
