Alice frowned, then looked to the ground. "Perhaps another time then...?" She asked solemnly. She closed her eyes and waited for a reply. It was risky making it down here. Orochimaru would think she's a traitor, or Nekojiri or even Sephiroth would chase her out...
"Or... I should go...?"

"I... get it.." Alice said softly before heading off. She hugged to cloak around her body, failing to even look back at Reeve as she headed off. Why was he so upset? How was this 'lycan woman'?

-=Neko walks out of his office, letting Mel do as she wishes. He makes his way out the back before letting his chakra leak out, covering the entire area around the dojo as he continued his search=-

Melony got up slowly, walking out behind him and when he was out of sight she ran and moved onto the porch and just sat down. She was quiet, seemingly in thought, and took out a book trying to read.

Melony noticed the chakra but ignored it, and went back to reading, pulling an apple out of her bag. She yawned and watched people coming in and out every once and a while before returning to her book....it was unusual for mel to be this quiet.

~Eh, I'm having some trouble with my chakra control again, and needed some help with devising a seal. It's mostly boring work, but if you want to help, I don't mind. Doesn't look like she's hanging around anymore anyway~

Melony jumped, a bit startled when he said hey and she smiled slightly.
"hello reeve sensei."
She responded, closing her book and looked up at him, wondering what was going on, but didn't say much as she slowly stood up.

Reeve waves to Neko as he comes around the corner.
"I'm glad you're available while nothing's going on...I wanted to say I'm sorry for shunning you lately." He gives an apologetic smile to Mel as he continues. "Dealing with a hostage situation is kinda all-consuming. Think of it as a leave of absence, except I was still 'ere..."

She noticed Neko, and Mel moved behind Reeve quickly, and grabbed onto his shirt, not letting go at all....
"it's okay sensei..... i've.... had my own problems to deal with......"
She said, referring to what Neko had already done to her, but was afraid to say anything....

I'd love to have some help. I don't want whatever's possessed Fuji this time to slip away with my apprentice again, and I've noticed that I'm wasting a lot of chakra, pushing it through locked seals unintentionally. I'll just need to experiment with a few things.
