Absolutely nothing, but they've both been known to randomly burst into rooms when I'm watching stuff, ask what it is, and sit down to watch it with me. sweatdrop Hehehe. Worse comes to worse, could you ask Mama Skizz to tape it for you? I don't think that would do me any good.. I might have to risk watching it and trying to quickly change the channel when they come in. How bad is it, anyway? Depends on the episode. Excluding early in the 5th episode, the early eps aren't bad. Just some blood and Gendo being Gendo. Later on, however, it gets more bloody, a lot more psychological, and somewhat more sexual. All in all, you ought to be fine, I think.

Evangelion, at least in my opinion, is REALLY not suitable for the young'uns who watch it. Unless they air it on Adult Swim, I don't think parents will allow it to stay for very long. They cannot not put it on AS. It's as simple as that. Cutting out the blood, I wouldn't have terrible issues with (other than when fighting the 13th angel, when brutality was the whole point.) I still wouldn't like it, but it wouldn't ruin it. But then we've got all sort of other themes and things that are absolutely not suitable for children. If it's not on AS, I give it until the 5th episode, when Shinji accidentally feels up Rei (which the parent's won't even get the full wrongness of), for people to start complaining. I would like to point out that monday to thursday each week they've shown uncut DBZ... which has included Gohan's unclothed winky several times. At 10 or 10:30...

That's usually when shows like American Dad, Family Guy, Futurama, etc. are on. Maybe midnight or so.. I think when FLCL first aired it was on around that time, and they only made one edit to FLCL when they aired it in the states. Maybe if they show it really late they'll show it uncut? :shrug:
