I never play Fox, he's retarded to control and he's not that fun to play. Yoshi, Link, Mario, those are some good characters that are fun and you can kick butt with xd

Luigi over him anyday. But I second Link. biggrin

'There is no try.' rolleyes Right, I limit myself. it's not the game that gives Fox access to those powers. Whatever. If you're trying to pull out things like that I'm done. It's not philosophical.

Yes there is cheap. It happens all the time in games. Fighting games especially.

Just wondering, but does King Dedede from the Kirby series have any chance at being playable? He's my favorite character in any Kirby game and one of my favorites from any game. Didn't Sakurai, the director, create Kirby in the first place.

Yes, if you have a strategy there's a possibility you can beat someone using them but the fact remains that some characters have unfair traits that others don't.

Asteroth is more overpowered then him if he uses a certain weapon, but still, not actually overpowered.

Read above posts for examples. More specifically, Paul Phoenix is cheap because of his move that takes half the fighters health away. Yes, it is slow, but anyone spamming it can always get a lucky hit in.
Nightmare: Basically the same as Paul except his moves aren't even slow.
LF: But any old person at the game can just button mash with him and beat any skilled player. I know. That's how I usually win. I wouldn't know about Asteroth, I never used him much.
My point is, the games should really try to be as balanced as possible. That way, it can be about skill, and someone who just started playing the game can't beat someone who's practiced for years just because their character's sword is bigger and stronger.

Not as ridiculous as Pichu. character that have skills that you pretty much have to tap into to be good with. Characters it takes experience of using to get good with. Developing strategies isntead of having things just handed to you.

Like a quick punch to interrupt him? If not, even then, what if both players are this character? Then the problem is solved, methinks.

Hmm... It seems that I'm the only one who would be disappointed if Ganondorf and Mewtwo don't make it. Does no one else play these two?
