Shizuka had followed the group silently after they sadly ignored her and Amaya before. They wouldn't ignore her now...
Dropping out from hiding, she held her tonfa's blade up to Marco's neck, not oversoul yet.
"I don't think you paid very good attention before. You seriously can't do this when you've done worse, you hypocrite." Amaya snapped. "I know you're thinking what I'm talking about, so I'll just tell you now. Does the name 'Ashieyu Tsuchiya' sound farmiliar in any way?"
((Ashieyu was Shizuka's mom, if you didn't know. marco killed her cuz he thought that she was protection Hao. she was only protecting Shizuka, though, and he figured out his mistake after looking through the shrine that Ashieyu tried to keep him out of))

"Ashieyu?" Marco asked, his voice catching. "That... that was an unfortunate accident! Blame Hao, the man that killed your mother and ripped out your vocal chords, not me. You can come with us, but we outnumber you AND we have two hostages. Whether or not you care what happens to Hao, we do know that you and Faust share a certain, er, bond. Don't fight us unless you want us to treat him roughly again."

Another X-Law grabbed Shizuka by the shoulders, knocking her kunai to the floor. "You haven't commited particularly great acts of evil," Marco said, "but precautionary lessons never go unlearned."

"How can you blame Hao when you were the one holding the gun up to Ashieyu's head?! You made an assumption that took a life and runied another!" Amaya was furious now, not helping Shizuka free due to a telepathic request not to from her shaman.
"Yes, Shizuka doesn't like Hao very much, and yes, that incident started her blackouts. But both she and I agree that you couldn't have done anything worse than what you had done. And you can't be an iresponsible child and put the blame on someone else."
Shizuka kicked the one holding her captive in the nuts (ouch), elbowing him in the chest when he released one of her arms from the pain. As he crumpled in pain to the ground, the shaman oversouled and held the tonfa up to Marco's head.

*netsubo moved to get to faust and hao. she managed to get the x-laws to let them go, but then she stepped on a trap before she could get them away. the trap sent smoke and cinders around the tunnel*

"Hey.... hey," Faust said softly, crawling over and leaning over Netsubo. One of his brow bones was bruised and bleeding into his eye from where he'd been hit. "Oh, Netsubo, I'm so sorry..." he took the blindfold off her, smoothing her hair back from her forehead.
"Stay away from her!" Marco shouted.
((Iron Maiden Jeanne just behaves very kind and very pious, but she's pure X-Law. So what she says might sound kind, but basically she might really be saying that you have to die. ))
