"Kill you? Well then I'd never find out who your working for," Kyo smirked, staring at the dagger. It was odd, but until that moment, he never noticed how slow his opponent's movements were. 'He must have been in a fight, That's good to know.' Imitating the angel, Kyo released a pair of wings from his back and flew up in the air, avoiding the strike.

Damien turned his body and landed on his feet. He raised an eyebrow, "So, you want to know who hired me?" He twirled the dagger in his hand keeping at eye on it so he woulnd't cut himself. He looked up at the demon and sighed. He jumped at him with a burst of speed and spread his six wings to quickly gain altitude. He aimed his dagger at the man's chest.

'That dagger's gonna be a pain in the a**,' Kyo thought as he dodged the blade. In this bulky form, it was going to be difficult to dodge again. Unfortunately, at this height there was nothing he could become that would both protect him from the blade and avoid crashing to the ground and dying. 'I'll just have to knock that thing out of his hand.'

Miyuki whined still wandering around the building until she came back to the lobby, she frowned turning to the receptionist. "Have you seen the guy I came in here with?" The receptionist nodded and Miyuki could easily tell what she was thinking as she pointed to the door. I was better for him so he left you!, was probably what she had wanted to say.

Damien quickly gained speed and altitude as his wings pushed him forward. In the air he had the advantage. The demon didn't seem very experienced with flying and he had two wings while Damien had six. He flapped his wings a last time as his dagger came within inches of the demon's heart.

Lidi starred at Jake as he looked at the building. Her hands were on her hips, awaiting some form of reply, when he did she nearly burst out laughing. His expression on his face when he asked was somewhat hilarious. "Yes," She held back her laugh, "I'm pretty sure some canned food or something is in the house." She went to head up the steps to the door when she felt a familiar aura flying around the city. She bite her lip and hoped that they wouldn't find this place. Though it hid their presence and have off no aura, anyone could walk through it. If they were to fly through it, that would only cause trouble. ...Together.

(wow, I really want to know why an angel has poison powers)
'Only one choice,' Kyo shrunk and soon emerged a small orange cat. (Oh yeah, homage to furuba XD) Using his slight upward velocity, the cat managed to move over and land on the angel's arm. With as close to a smirk as he could muster in his current form, the cat bared it's fangs and bit down into the angel's wrist. He could taste the blood moving up his teeth and tightened his grip. With his nightvision, he watched the dagger, waiting for it to drop.
The boy followed her to the front door. As hungry as he was, Jake couldn't help but notice the distracted look on Lidi's face, "Is something wrong?" He prayed the answer was no, there was already so much drama that day, then suddenly a bad feeling overcame him as he stared back in the direction they came from, "Yes there definitely is."

.Forever... Lidi snapped out of her thoughts when Jake spoke. She turned back to him to smile and say, "No, nothing." But it seemed as though he had the same feeling she did and stated that something was. With a sigh, Lidi continued on. "There's nothing we can do about it now though. We might as well eat and sleep. There's a good chance that he won't come in here." She opened the front door and continued on inside where a light covering of dust covered all the furniture. It was kicked up as Lidi went over to the kitchen to search the cupboards. ...Together.

As Lidi dug through the cupboards, Jake found himself searching the drawers for utensils. Eventually he managed to find a large, old fashioned can opener and some forks. A minute later he had found some plates and set two down on a nearby table, "Alright, I'm ready."

.Forever... Lidi searched through the cupboards, being at one one moment, and another the next. Almost each one was filled with dust, some old cereal boxes, expired food or something deformed that Lidi decided not to guess what it once was. She came to the third last cupboard, pulled it open and looked around. There was dust, but she searched through the cans that she saw and found a few that were edible if they were heated. She turned around to see Jake was already prepared and brought the cans over. "We've got beans, corn and..." she looked at the last one, "Raviolis?" She blinked at the title, not too sure what 'raviolis' were. She turned back ot Jake with a shrug and placed them down beside the can opener. ...Together.

"Ravioli, I haven't had that for awhile," Jake smirked as he grabbed the can opener. Carefully, he cut through the aluminum container until the smell of pasta sauce was released. He spotted an oven and began to search around it. After coughing through most of the dust, he managed to find a small pot. The seer brought the pot over to the sink and began to was it, "Alright give me ten minutes and dinner will be served."

Lidi starred at Jake as he stated that he had eaten 'ravioli' before. Lidi watched, intrigued, as he took the can opener, opening the can and search around for a pot. Lidi starred at the can until he began to wash the pot and she nodded. "Alright then. Let me know if you need any help." She moved away from the can and the kitchen, taking a long look inside until turning around the corner and heading over to where a table and chairs were set up. She began to dust them off. Coughing here and there as more dust was blown up into the air. When she was done, the table and chair were dust free, but she was covered from head to toe in it. ...Together.

Jake found a box of matches on top of the stove and grabbed them before turning on the gas. Quickly, Jake struck the match and tossed it into the gas. Once lit, He poured the ravioli inot the cleaned pot and placed them on the stove. It was a full ten minutes before the ingredients were cooked, "Alright dinner's done!"

.Forever... Lidi had gone off to dust the dirt off of her and wash her hands and face when she heard Jake say that the food was ready. She pulled herself out of the washroom and made her way back into the kitchen, smelling the raviolis on the way back. She stopped in the kitchen and looked to Jake, she was still slightly covered with dust. The aroma from the raviolis was quite wonderful, even though she had no idea what they were. "I cleaned the table in the other room off. We can eat there." She stated before walking into the kitchen more so that she could grab her food. ...Together.

Damien winced but kept his grip on the dagger. "Get off me!" he growled and swung his arm wildly trying to get the cat off his arm. He finally dropped his dagger when the cat bit down harder on him. Damien growled and wrapped his hand around the cat's neck. His wings folded in to his side and he and the cat fell toward the ground. He turned his body and held the cat under him so it would take the impact of the landing before he would.
