She looked at him in shock. "I see as clear as day also in the night, it's my favorite time of day. Why...why would you have to kill me?" She looked a bit worried...she didn't want to have to hurt him...

he thoguht then decided to tell her "you ver wonder why i refer to my self as of an different race well beyond what everyone believes befor fairies and demons there was my race " he stops looks at her "do you want to know more it is your choice"

She nodded avoiding his gaze. Instead she gazed at the moon wishing, once again, that she could leave this world and fly there.

he stares at the couryard and continues "well the fairies and demons came they left our race alone for we were to powerful at the time but then the elves came they wanted to laern some of our secrets but we refused tot each so the elves started open war they had one adventage on us they had number you see my race only lives for 2oo years but we reproduce very slowly our females can only have one child avery 70 years and at the time cross breeding was unthink able so we in the end beat the elves but we ha dlost so many young poeple mostly old and dieing where left so our death rate soon surpased our birth rate and we started to die out then humans came so we hid our selves " he looks at her "i fyou must know one thing it is this iam the last pure blood to be born after me there will only be half bloods then eventaully our blood will die out and thats why we hate elves but me personaly have nothing against them jus tmy father would tell me to kill you put he wouldnt because your my freind now do you understand a little more about me" he looks away "besides i feel i can trust you with this because you are my freind"

She nodded no longer afraid, but understanding. She whispered slightly. "I was born after all of that. I'm not sure exactly when, but probably not too long after. I have no idea how old I am, but I feel young...at least in elven years. Probably only a couple hundred years old. I am glad you consider me a friend. It's been a long time since I've had one of those...I too am pure blood...there are not many of us left. I am the last pure blood left in our family. When my sister was born half-bloods were looked down on, but it seems since then it has changed. She was cast out because of it. My entire family was killed long ago..."She sighed and looked away, realizing she was rambling again. She stared at the moon. "Do you ever wish you could fly away from here... to the moon? It's beauty is so enchanting to me."

uwasa looks at the moon and shake shis head "no i dont i would have to leave my freinds behind and my love "he looks at the tree "iam sorry about your family and of course your my freind you havnt done anything to hurt me" he looks around at the courtyard and sighed

"I guess you are right...I just...well I don't really have anything keeping me here, except for my sister and now I am making friends...but sometimes I wish I didn't have such a past. I feel like I have to run away from it, but there is no way I can do that." She sighed. "You are really an amazing person uwasa..."

She shrugged. "I just meant that, I've never haven't had anyone to talk to and you are treating me as if I matter...like I'm important. I guess I'm just not used to having a friend, or someone who cares at all." She looked away. "I probaby should just face my past...it's just I don't know if I'm ready too yet." She smiled, thinking about the look on his face when he asked her what she meant. "I'm not trying to...you know...hit on you or anything. Not that you thought I was..."

he laughs out loud "i never thought you were" he then looks at the moon "i know some poeple longer to face there past but you should soon" he looks at the ground "and all my freinds are important"

She smiles. "Well thanks for that...I appreciate you trusting me enough to talk to me. You are a sweetheart." She thought about what he said about her past. "The only way I can face my past is if I leave here...at least for a while. I'm not ready to do that yet...I still have some questions I need answered...but soon soon." She stared at the moon. "Well I'm getting sleepy...thanks for talking to me. Maybe we can do this again sometime soon." She stood up and spread her wings. "Bye uwasa." She flew off to her dorms.

She walked into the courtyard and sat down on a bench, head in hands. "will this headache ever go away?" She pulled her cloak tight around her. She actually was feeling the cold...kind of odd for her. She sighed and pulled out her drawing pad to draw the, still snowy, courtyard.

It was hard to hold the pencil and draw, while she was shaking with the cold. She suddenly felt very dizzy. "What's going on." She stood up and tried to clear her head...it wasn't working. All of a sudden her nose started bleeding and she fell over, unconscience in the snow.

She slowly walked out into the courtyard, rubbing her arms to get warmth. She glanced around and then she saw Jalie unconcscious on the ground. Her eyes opened wide and she ran over to her, making her way in the snow. She bent down to Jalie and picked her up shakily. She then set her on the bench. "Jalie?! Whats wrong?"
