Ryouki closed his eyes for a moment to think, the looked back straight into Rain's face. This time, he wasn't going to make a fool of himself by pretending. He'd say what he meant. After living on this ship for a few days, he'd seen what Kayako did. She acted out of will, just going by instinct. If he could learn to do that, he wouldn't have so much guilt about being useless.

"If I just went up and told her, I don't know if she could handle it. I mean, those bastards didn't just mess with her body, they messed with her head. I don't want to make her unstable by shocking her....Rain, what should I do? You're her friend....you think she'd be okay? "

"I guess......."

Ryouki smiled at Rain and rested a hand on her shoulder to show that he wasn't being his usually mopey self. In all reality he was sick of being seen as that, as that wasn't who he was. It was just that the boy often found himself in slumps like that, when he didn't know how to go forward. At least now he was getting somewhere.

"I'm sorry for dragging you into this, I know I should deal with it on my own. It's just.....someone else needed to know. It's hard to explain, sometimes you just need that second opinion, ya know? Anyways......I was thinking of just starting by showing her this picture I have of us....it might be easier that way..."

Ryouki stuck his hand into his pocket and brought a small, wallet-sized piece of paper with the edges every so slightly frayed. Printed on one side of it was the image of a boy and a girl sitting on the porch of a house, both looking in their preteens. The boy that was undoubtedly a smaller version of Ryouki sat in the corner of the photograph, holding a book which he seemed to be enthralled in. And next to him, ruffling his hair, was a black-haired girl with the same amber colored eyes. It was hard to tell, but with eyes like that it was obvious that this girl had to be Kayako.

"Heh, I'm sorry for hijacking your conversation. If there's anything you want to tell me, go ahead. It's not like I have to go see her right now."

Reiku turned and put all the computer's online. He started to type on the keyboard in the cockpit. He radioed out to Medri to get the launcher set up for him. " Hey Medri, Listen. I need you to ready the launcher for Twilight to launch. I think I've about had it with this place. I'm leaving now. I don't think I could take another day in the brig." He closed the radio link and rolled Twilight up to the pad. When the launch pad moved he knew it was a good thing and Reiku put his hand on the throttle to launch. " Sorry guy's but I have to go.. " He thought in his head as he gave a glimp towards Senturi and Mercury. He pushed up the throttle and Twilight flew out. Once in the air it seemed like a weight lifted off his mind. Reiku typed in a course and Twilight headed out towards his old home town. Twilight enter the airspace around the town. Rogue KLF fighter's rolled up to see what was going on. There stood on top of a red LFO was Rose. " He's back... REIKU'S BACK DAD REIKU'S BACK!! " Her father walked out of the hanger to see the black and red LFO coming in toward's them. " Your right he is back. I never thought I would see Huro's son coming back to here. " He sead with a laughing tone. Reiku brought Twilight towards the runway and landed with ease. The first person to get to Twilight was Rose. He open up the cockpit and she wraped her arms around him. " Reiku... " She sead with tear's running down her face. " Rose... i'm home for good now... " He huged her back and kissed her forehead.

"Hehe, don't feel bad Rain. Hey, at least your name FITS you. It sounds nice either way. I've never liked my name you know. "Ryouki" just sounds weird to me sometimes, but everyone else says it fits."

Ryou sighed, wondering if he could stand up at some point, as he'd been trapped down on the ground an awful long time and his legs were numb. He wouldn't ask her that though, since it would seem rude. Instead he just rested his head on his hand and waited for a response.

Blood red boots on concrete, stepping lightly on their way to the LFO of the same color sitting alone in the corner of Ragnarok's hangar. Asuka hadn't worn those boots in a long, long time now, since they reminded her of the foundation and all the bad memories she'd left behind in that place. She didn't want to think about it, but for some reason today she couldn't stop. Things were bothering her, and yet she couldn't understand why. She tried with all she had to gain an answer from the one person who had always understood her best........

But today, all she got was silence.

"Why won't you talk to me?"

Asuka ran her hand over the steal plates covering her LFO's face, trying to sense any little things she could. It hurt not to be able to hear what the machine thought, as she knew that it HAD thoughts. If there was once thing she'd learned from traveling with Kayako and Gray for so long, it was that the LFO had just as many emotions as a human did. And Silence was the first friend the girl had ever had, so it was painful to not hear it's voice anymore.

"Say something! I know you can hear me, you have before!"

The redhead drew her hand back to punch at the face in front of her, but stopped two inches from it and instead fell limp and leaned against it. Her eyes fell on Silence's eyes. She knew that behind those red eyes, there was a living creature, a creature that seemed not to know her anymore, even though she'd been the one fighting alongside it all this time.

"You'd talk to Kayako.....SHE could hear you if you spoke to her......I'M the pilot! You're supposed to link with ME!! It doesn't matter that I'm not the girl that....the girl you were built for.....It should still be me hearing you voice...."

It was.......dark. Dark, and yet calming at the same time. Even though to most, the foreboding, silent metal atmosphere this room held would seem uncomfortable, for the one inside of it, it was as much home as any warm, sunny house outside this hell would be. Then again, this was all that there was in the world, at least to this one. This was all. The Earth, and everything in it, it was all just a fleeting dream that could only be experienced in short, unsatisfying moments. And when those moments were gone, hell would return and swallow everything again.

While watching the darkness, the last few moments those red eyes witnesses flooded back into the mind behind them. It all seemed like such a dream now.....The screams, the pain spreading from the p***k of a needle all through the body. The shortness or breath, all building up until the point that everything went dark. The people, the onlookers, and the hell all disappeared.

So why was it back?

'That's right.....I.....died.....I.....was a failure. So, where am I now....? This...doesn't look like the afterlife......'

The moment that thought was uttered, the pale, nearly all white female figure suspended in mid-air realized something else. That this wasn't air....it was water. Red water sparked with small red lights, inside of a glass tank. Looking up through the white hair spread through the water, the figure also took note that this water was draining. As the levels went down, gravity returned and she found herself falling forwards, suspended only by two cuffs locked around her wrists which were linked to the sides of the tank. Raising her head slightly, this girl saw one last thing that made her eyes go wide. A small digital clock embedded in the metal with red numbers. On it read "Power Remaining: 00.02min 57sec".

"When that clock reaches zero, the system keeping you alive will fail. Those wires attached to you are the only thing allowing you to be conscious."

A calm, distinctly male voice rang out through the darkness, originating from the corner of the room opposite the tank. In it, the outline of a man could be seen, sitting behind what appeared to be a laptop. The laptop had several cords connected to it, all of which were connected to the tank itself.

"There is only one known system capable of sustaining a body as damaged as yours......That is, without rendering you useless." The man stood up, and with calculated steps walked into the light, stopping just in front of the containment cell. "But I am a gentleman....And I have learned from...certain mistakes that such a system is best used when the subject is at least somewhat willing. So I will ask you, do you have any interest in continuing on living?"

"What....? But, I.......I'm not....complete. There's no reason....."

"Hm. Too bad. You know, I happen to have met your older sister...."Kayako" was it? You should thank her. You wouldn't have lasted this long had she not torn apart the foundation as revenge for you. I believe she would be quite happy to see you. But that is your decision..."

"Kayako?! She....She's alive? I thought that she and Anemone would be...."

"The Ageha project has failed. Right now, we are living in the aftermath of the second Summer of Love. Both of your sisters are alive and well." The man glanced over at the clock, which now read "Power Remaining: 00.00min 46sec". "If you'd like to see them, you need only to ask."

"I.....if I can, I mean...."

"Yes or no. There isn't much time left, after which point the system won't be usable."

".......Alright.....Yes...."

(Kayako.... Its been almost a week..... I'm starting my story arc now Because I dont want this to get confusing Tom speaking will be in Blue)
Tom walked into the hanger to mess around with his LFO. When he got near it he heard the LFOs computer say "Incoming Message Code 1" He hurried up the Type GS & opened the message channel. "Tom, is that you?" Said Commander Johnson a good friend of Toms. "Commander?!?" Said Tom shocked to see his friend on the screen.
"Tom, Project 574 has escaped. Its on a rampage, destroying everthing it comes across"
"I'm not a UFF Soldier anymore. I'm a wanted man now remember?"
"We're willing to look past all that. You're the only one that stands a chance against this thing. Its going after the BFG 9000 prototype! With that weapon it could destroy entire cities withih seconds."
"That gun was to be used against the Anti-Body Coralians only. It should of been destroyed!!!"
"We kept it for classified reasons. You need to stop it. Its heading here now. It'll destroy all of central Command!" I'm not asking this as your commander. I'm asking this as your friend. Ple.........."
"Transmission Lost."
"Damn! How am I supposed to stop it!?!?"
Tom ran to the Bridge hoping to get some help from the Ragnaroks crew.


(Well? How is it? I adlibbed the whole thing......)

A single figure spun himself precariously in a cushioned metal chair that stuck to the cold hard metal floor below that held the once empty brig around. Now there was one occupied chair there, the one he had been using during the battle.

Laying boredly across the chair in the side of the bridge, he had been talking on the phone that had been lifted from the captain's controls. The phone was curved via design for a hand. It was comfortable as designed, as well as useful by necessity. He had spent the last two hours like this. Talking to someone that among the crew only he knew, talking about LFOs & money. Wings & blades. All the normal stuff anyone would be talking about if Dominic was involved throughout the conversation.

Tom ran around the ship as he searched for Captain Kayako or Asuka. "Us anyone here its an Emergency?!?!"
