Thanks, everyone. I am a fan of MMORPGs, but don't want to ask my parents to pay for a crappy one. I'll go check out the trial.
And Force usage is overrated, anyway. 3nodding

Nelowulf Rhovi Quick question: I'm planning on asking for Star Wars Galaxies for Christmas. Is it any good? To elaborate upon Nick's post. Galaxies is much like any MMORPG. You have to pay subscriptions, and own the proper gameset. Its a pretty good game, and despite bugs that come up, the company has to fix them sooner or later. The only problem is being a Jedi. It literally takes 8 months of our time to become one, due to certain "training" cycles. And all that time, you're a weakass b***h. I mean, the second you light up that saber of yours, you'll have 20 guns trained on you ready to snipe your punk a**. I mean, you'll be thinking Order 66 all over again. And once they tag you, if you survive, you'll be fine, but the bounty for you will be quite the payoff. As long as you don't attempt to be a jedi, you'll be cool. In fact, being rebel is also a large no-no as well, since according to some of the people at school who play it, the imp-rebel ratio is around 9:1. Basically, it is quite imperial, bounty hunter heavy. If you don't mind that, (or perhaps pick up a trade so you're worth something, like crafting) then you'll be fine. Thanks for the info, its changed much since last year, they totally revamped the Jedi? When I was playing you had to do find a hidden thing within your character to unlock your force sensitivity, and I was going to get on it again. As it stands now from what you're saying I rather go wtih something else, and then grab Battlefront 2 as a Star Wars game.

But force sensitivity is not becoming a jedi. It takes months to have the cycle of skills rotate to ones pleasing... But I'm not a fan of MMORPGs anyway.

LucasArts was never an original when it came to gaming engines.
I mean, look at Galactic Battlegrounds. It literally states: "Now uses the famous Age of Empires gaming engine!"
So its no surprize if they stole another kind. THey don't usually do well when it comes to their own engines.

I think I'll get Empire at War. I'm not a huge fan of RTS games and I suck nuts at em, but there's something about moving a fleet of Star Destroyers around Hoth...
