Kanshin saw with her heat seeing eyes that who ever had been standing some where once second would disappear the next, knowing full well those were the clones Kikyo had mentioned. Her head moved in a way that, from behind, would have made it look like she was looking around at the suroundings. In all reality, her eyes were shut at the moment and she was using her sense to detect heat to learn the difference between Kikyo's clones, Kekkishi's vectors, and Kekkaishi himself. She turned and saw in the distance a cooler figured and opened her eyes, knowing that had to be Kikyo. She ran to her and hopped onto Kikyo's back and nodded as though she were answering an unsaid question.
Kikyo let the ice melt off before using wind dash to quickly gain up on Kekkaishi. After a certain distance, she tossed Kanshin off her back into the woods. 'Let's just hope I didn't toss her too hard and that she remembers Kekkaishi's heat signature...' She saw Kekkaishi in the distance and quickly shot out one of her vectors to attempt grabbing him by the collar.

Kikyo saw the log appear just in time and used her own subsitution to get out of the way just in time. She growled as she rubbed her side since she had landed oddly on a branch and ended up slipping and falling. She looked around. "Kanshin?" She heard the sound of electricity and used wind dash to go back to where she had dropped Kanshin off.
Kanshin freaked out and just barely escaped the full power of the attack, but she could feel that she did loose some feeling in some of her joints from the elecricity. She heard Kikyo call our to her and gave out as best a "Here" as she could. She waited and scanned around until she saw Kikyo's familiar face and sighed. "I screwed up..."
Kikyo sighed and shook her head. "Miscalculation on my part, not yours. Guess we can't lead him to that spot in the forest like we had planned after all. Ok, time for plan B"
"Plan B? Do we have a plan B? I don't remember a plan B."
"That's because I didnt tell you there was a plan B since I know it'll be a pain in the a** for you to handle, but looks like you have no choice C'mon." She picked Kanshin up and slung her over her back like a book bag and back tracked exactly to where she had been when she had released her closes earlier and was carfeul to follow the paths they had gone, picking up the peices of clothing she had lost when they had been destroyed. She then started going towards the forest's edge.

Kanshin sat where Kikyo had put her down as she slowly gained feeling again thanks to Kikyo's light cross. She flexed her fingers, enjoying getting to have movement again. "Thanks Kikyo-chan. I know you're only doing this so that way I won't completely slow you down in the fight, but I still ap-"
Kikyo quickly covered Kanshin's mouth with her hand and told her to be quiet for a moment. ".... Did you hear that? Sounds like a knock....... Crap. I think we need to get out of here. Can you move at all?"
Kanshin nodded and got up, getting ready to run when she was slung over Kikyo's back again and carried to the outskirts of the woods where the lake was. "Kikyo-chan, do you think he activated a trap?"
"I'd bet money on it that he did..."

Kikyo sat on top of the water, meditating and not flinching a muscle.
".... Kikyo-chan? I'm starting to get nervous. Where do you think he is?"
"..."
"...... Kikyo-chan? Do you think he's going to come and attack us?"
"......."
"...... KIKYO-CHAN! Hey! Are you alseep?"
"................."
"............." Kanshin sighed and stood near the edge of the lake, watching Kikyo and getting the feeling that she was being ignored.

Kanshin heard the battle cry and whimpered, stumbling back and falling into the water. She got up and pouted as she looked at her wet clothes before running to Kikyo like a little kid. "KIKYO-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!! I'm scared now! What's gonna happen? What's he planning? He isn't gonna kill us, is he? He wouldn't do that, would he? Kikyo-chan! Why won't you answer meeeeeeeeee?"
Kikyo finally opened one of her golden eyes and growled a little. "First off, I don't know everything even though I act like I do. Second of all, don't do that. Seriously. It's embarrassing to all women every where. Third of all, I'm not your mommy or your body guard, so grow some and chill. I'm trying to think of what he's got planned, but I won't get any where until you shut up. Now, kindly shut the hell up before I shove my foot into your mouth. Got it?"
Kanshin gulped and nodded, sitting o the water like Kikyo was.

Kikyo's vector shot out and grabbed Kanshin, tossing her into a nearby tree. She used her other vectors to quickly block the on comming attacks. She did a quick set of hand signs. "WATER FANG PROJECTILE!"
Kanshin landed in the tree and rubbed her side. Kikyo had thrown her way too hard into a solid tree, but she'd complain about it later. At least now she understood why Kikyo had been wanting to stay here and what she meant by "You'll be at a disadvantage here."

Kikyo smired and kept up with him, eventually going right above him and dropping down to reveal she had a swirling ball of chakara in her hand that she was aiming right at him. "RASENGAN!"
Kanshin watched in amazement at how Kikyo was keeping up and quickly got out of the tree to try and persute them both, wanting to make sure she wasn't left behind.

Kikyo huffed in annoyance and sat down right outside the forest. There was no way she was going to go back in there. She looked around and huffed. "Where is that girl?"
Kanshin came trotting up to Kikyo, smiling. "There you are~! Did your plan B work~?"
Kikyo snapped out "No. But plan C will work, hands down. And you're a big part in this." She yanked Kanshin by the sleeve and whispered something that made Kanshin blush into her ear.
Kanshin stood up quickly, her cheeks still crimson. "Wha!?! You want me to do that? Are you sure you won't-"
"If I told you to d it then what makes you think I'll get mad that you do."
"Umm, o-ok then.... If you really want me to..."
