We wiped the baby off and gave her to a super mom to clean her off the rest of the way, while Eric and I worked on porkchop......What a fiesty little girl!! Kicked supermom right in the nose....*L* Gonna have to name her firecracker......))

Aww..... 4laugh 4laugh 4laugh 4laugh 4laugh he knows supermom wasn't her real mom..... rofl 4laugh ) Yeah, but we here on the farm really appreciate supermoms....they clean off any calf.....which is really handy when mama cow won't or in this case, couldn't.....Woof....i need to go to bed, the back pain is starting to set in from the yanking...i will write the soul journey tomorrow morning.....Don't let Myth leave the castle....he might need to bring Cat back.....like from her soul journey...i think she's gonna get lost......))

Lady_Catwings *Cat clung to Finlay as the stallion cantered up a mountain path, slowing down then finally stopping at a rock overhang, which gave a perfect veiw of the night sky. Instead of her usual graceful dismount, she fell from Finlay's broad back,shaking to hard to move.....finally she stumbled out into the edge of the ledge, collapsing in a heap of lace, satin and velvet. She tried to breathe, finally feeling Finlay reaching down to steady her with his horn. She drew in his calm, and began to sing her grief to the stars and moon...The great arctic fox, Fleta, on her night rounds, nudged Cat's battered soul from her body. Instead of springing forth, Cat's soul walked with a horrible, painful, limp. She fell before Fleta, begging to talk with the soul of Grandmere Gesine, the gypsy.....Fleta stood up and motioned for Cat to follow, and the Cat began a second soul journey......*
((Myth can find her unconscious body, or you can wait til she comes back. Your choice...))

*crunch,crunch,crunch* myth dug his claws into the tree's bark, as he climbed up it's trunk, 50 feet of the ground, and another 80 to go before reaching the top. "huff,huff, why did it have to be *wheeze* redwoods.. why not, apple drakes or strawberry drakes." covered in sweat, he stopped for a moment, pulling one claw out of the bark and looking down then up again. admiring the view he took a sip of water froma canteen he had with him, and then continued climbing. "this is the 23rd tree today, and still nothing but birds, bugs, and bark."

* A warm breeze hit her face as her ragged group reached the edge of the glow and she smiled at the excitement of the group meeting the peace of the glow.....then...in the distance.....a welcoming group of souls from Summerland! The souls Cat gathered rushed forward to greet their loved ones and she looked around searching for her own loved ones....there...!!!!!......Cat rushed forward, stumbling and almost falling, but instead found herself cradled on the strong arms of her father, Gwydion. "Lily kit, weren't you a cat when you were born? You've taken up Fleta's cause?" he gently teased and he hugged her with all the might of a High Shaman's soul. Cat simply wrapped her arms around his powerful neck and cried out " DA! I've found you! Ohh how i've missed you! Where are the others? " "Safe, Lily kit. They are here in Summerland and all safe. But why are you here? Your life journey is not complete. " Da, i have to speak to Gesine. I have to know. I have to know if Myth knows." " Hmmmm...Myth? Is this the fox you've given up your cat form for? I see him in your mind's eyes" "Da, don't tell him that. He thinks I stay a fox for Drake." "Hrpmh. He has the affection of my great daughter! He should be singing thanks to The Goddesses! " "Da. If he knows, he can reshatter my soul; undo all Gesine did. He may hold a power to great for me to live with. I must speak with Gesine......... "

Gwydion regarded his daughter gravely. " Aye, Lily kit, tis a serious thing you speak of. Esp if you can find it within yourself to love this Myth. Aye...Gesine......" He helped her stand, then nodded to the Great Fox, who turned and walked in a different direction. Gwydion escorted Cat after the Fox, and they glided to a far reach of Summerland. Cat heard the singing long before they got to the gyspy encampment.....

reaching up to grab one of the uppermost baranches, myth pulled himself up to eye lvl with one og the drakes. "hey there little guy..." the drake stepped back a bit, not sure what myth was, or why he was there. "come here, i'm not gonna hurt ya..." he tried to pull his leg up onto the small branch,*CRACK!* "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh...thud.
thre seconds later, on the ground, myth was seeing stars @_@ "ow..." he caught a slight glimps of the drake as it flew away in fear only to blend in with another tree.

It was not hard to find Gesine. She took the form Cat knew during life, for Cat's sake. One old woman among a land of eternal youth. Cat dropped before her, as Gesine stroked her soft fur, speaking in the same low pleasing tone as she did in life. " You've become quite the witch, Amaryllis..You do this old woman proud....." Cat looked up in desperation. " Gesine, when you died, the knowledge of healing shattered souls suposedly died with you. That knowledge should have been dead for over centuries. But Myth is old enough to know. He could have learned. I have to know. Could he finish healing my soul, or, should he so choose, re-break it? I'd be the basest of animals again. My identity would be lost unto time...i must know. " Gesine kept gently stoking Cat's ears." Come Sweet One, see for yourself." Gesine grasped Cat's shoulders, and touched foreheads to Cat. Gesine began to show Cat Myth's time with the gypsies....

Cat's soul alternately shook, hummed, and purred as she watched Myth in her mind's eye. She thoroughly enjoyed watching him learn to dance....she watched him learning of herbology, and potion making, and summoning spells, among other things....then....she watching him leave the gypsy band....she laughed with relief. Non. He did not know the sacred brand of magic that could destroy Cat again. She was safe. She wept for joy. She felt her father's strong arms around her again and the tears gave way to singing her joy intead. She sang along with Gesine, Gwydion and the stars.....she almost forgot she had to leave......

dazed for a while, he sat there in the leaves, thankful for a semi soft landing. clouds drifted by, and he felt that break time was over. sitting up again he felt himself over, looking for anything broken. thumping his claw agains his chest he coughed up a few small crystal splinters. "oh, great..another crack. i'll have to fix that when we i return to dragonguard."other than that, he was fine and moved towards the tree the drake had disappeared into, climbing once again. ugh, and this is only one of the 8.
