Karu cursed mentally. The Kidomaru clan member from the chuunin exams! He turned to Shikatsu, smiling. He quickly added a slight touch of the Usodekatameru. "Hi there. I'm Kifu!" He held his hand out amiably. "What's your name?"

Shikatsu walked back into the academy and walked back to the area where the boy and Doku were and sat down to watch

He stared at the boy with a cold look and ignored him as he turned towards Doku "You get the strangest pupils"

Kifu frowned, turning back to Doku. "Well I know I don't look like much, but I'm here to improve!" He smiled again.

"I stand by my observation......." Shikatsu looked the boy over and smiled "Hmm I have a vague memory of you....." "Are you part of a clan?"

Doku stared at both of them. "As strange as they come are you Shikatsu." He smiled some and looked over at Kifu. "Okay well from the looks of it you are a very frail thing, so I think something light for you to gauge your abilities at first." He looked around and saw a stack of ten pound tiles. "Go pick those up."

Kifu turned, an expression of surprise at Shikatsu's appearance. "Hey, cool." He turned to the stack of tiles. Heavy lifting. Joy. "Well, I'll give it a shot..."
He walked over to the stack, gripping the two on top and lifting them with a grunt. He could already feel his arms burning from the strain. After about twenty seconds, he dropped them back on the stack. "pretty pathetic, huh?" he grimaced slightly.

Shikatsu walked over to Doku and whispered "I came to talk to you because i'm afraid the akatsuki know that my friend Tasubi is one of the few they are searching for"

"Wow....that was....bad." He sighed and shook his head before looking around again. "Grab that chart of movements on the wall and study them for a moment. We'll strengthen your muscles with movement rather than strain."

Kifu obeyed, grabbing the chart and gazing at it, carefully listening to the conversation at the same time.

Doku looked over at him and blinked. "Your friend is a Jinchuuriki thing?" Doku sighed some. "Why do you mix with them knowing their fate?" He looked out at the sky. "The best thing would be is for him to remain out of sight. What village is he from?"
