My Gaia layout is so messed up... I dunno if it's like, a new layout, or if its because I'm on a computer that I haven't used in forever, but yeah... Messed up.
They fixed the keyboard on my laptop, so writing papers next semester shouldn't take as much time. Actually, it will probably take half as much time. I got so frustrated with the keyboard that I would get up and walk away from it for hours on end... Which resulted in very late nights. I'm thankful that it's now fixed though.
Yup... And boredom kicks in again.

The new site layout for Gaia is currently in the process of being tweaked by the admins. They are aware of the issues surrounding it and with any luck they will be fixed soon.
On another note, I am starting to wonder if America has any airliners with reliable landing gear.

Kind of sick of all the people complaining about the new layout though I can't blame them because I did the same thing the last time they changed the layout. They're going to b***h and complain about it and then they're going to applaud it because it's so great. Oh well. Just takes time for people to get used to change. And, everything that's new on Gaia lags. I think we should remember that. Anyone remember the two month lag?

Honestly, my criticisms for the new layout are minor, at best. Annoyances really. I dislike the new header font. I prefer my avatar in the top left. And the quasi-carbon fiber blue is too modern for me. But, hey, I'll get used to it.

Ooooh... So it's not my computer. That's good to know. This layout is interesting....... Not in a bad way, its just going to take some time to get use to. Meh... C'est la vie.
So I sent in my laptop this morning to get the keyboard replaced, and I reported back that the keyboard was awesome and writing papers shouldn't be a problem anymore... Except somehow, in the process of replacing the keyboard, they took out the sound card. I went to play some music on my computer, and yeah... Totally wasn't happening. I kept getting this error notice, and I figured it was just saying that the plug-in for MSN wasn't working, so I kept ignoring it... I finally read it after the tenth time, and it said that there was no sound device in my laptop. What the hell? How the hell does replacing a keyboard, require you to take out the sound card? I really don't understand... But I'm pissed, cause they're closed till after the holidays, and I'm going back to school on the 2nd... Meaning I can't get it fixed. I'm pissed. scream

I like how I can turn the info header off.
I feel more comfortable browsing gaia in public now.
I hated the little flash info bubbles.
