No, I cannot accept the character as-is. Without the context of the RP behind it, her character profile is written fairly well, but with the details of the first page here to consider, she will probably have to completely rewrite most of her profile as per my questions and the announcement that was posted before she posted her profile. Sorry I wasn't more clear on that before.
Roka, you can always post your critiques. I understand that this is my thread and that you are trying to be respectful by making sure that I agree with your main points, but that is not necessary. I have almost always agreed with your points of critique even if I let the characters in without making them change their profiles more. If I haven't posted about that character yet, though, you could add something at the beginning about how you are not the main GM or whatever. xd

I was a bit iffy on it-- but we can make it simpler and I can fix it by taking out the dragon-bonded part. I just wanted to see if I could somehow work it out, but hey, if it's too confusing, it's too confusing. xp I'll fix it and repost it in a minute. Thanks for the critique. I think the part about dragon-bonding and messing up the brain was something I forgot when writing the profile--I sucked up a LOT of information reading the full first page. whee
Roka, I'm open to all of the critiques you throw at me. If there's anyway to better my profile making abilities, critique away. It was four in the morning when I typed it out, and I'm spotting typos... boy, was I tired. xd I'm simplifying it right now. Thanks. mrgreen

It was meant only to be manifested by adults. -shrug- At least, that is what I got from the main page. That's correct. It would affect her adversely to actually switch with a dragon at that age because there is a mental exchange where both parties experience the feelings/experiences of the other, along with a few memories from the past, almost like they were that person/dragon at that one moment. However, we can make her aware of her dragon and move the age up. 16 is still young to switch but if you want to drive her to the emotionally unbalanced side, I don't mind torturing characters. xd Why is her mother unnamed? I believe it is the Kiyap Turea tribe that does not track family so well. More importantly, why does she have dragon magic but is part of the Anjts tribe and not from Tok or Feretris? I'm here to help with questions...er...tomorrow... Good night. whee
2) I could name her, and give her a history, but I wasn't sure of how she would've come in contact with Cedric--since Cedric isn't my character and now that he has a wife... yeah. I had no idea as to how to go about how someone from the Anjts tribe came in contact with Cedric.
3) As I said in numero 2... in order for her to have dragon magic, and be part of the Anjts tribe, she would've had to have been born of an Anjts mother, right? I think I overly confused myself.
4) I could just simplify it all by taking out her being dragon-bonded. It wouldn't be too hard to do, but I thought it would be interesting making a dragon-bonded member of the Anjts tribe. domokun

The thing is that right now we are not accepting characters that are not from Feretris or Tok, and on top of that we prefer dragon-bonded characters. In fact I actually thought that your profile was like it was because you read that announcement and added the dragon as an after-thought. I realize, yes, that it would be more work to change the other part of her profile. I'll talk to you more about it in PM later, because I have an idea of something that I could use, but I have to jet off right now. gonk

*scratches his head* last IC post for most threads is at the 22nd? Come on people... Penden has replied to most of them, what's the deal? It saddens me that this is the main Guild RP, yet there is no relatively recent IC posts... Has everyone writer's block? what's the matter?

I do not mind if there are a few threads without updated posts. wink So, yeah, have a fun few days without me. I doubt my presence will be missed. XD
